[11] And the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses, so did they.
[12] καὶ τὴν καταλειφθεῖσαν ὑάκινθον καὶ πορφύραν καὶ τὸ κόκκινον ἐποίησαν στολὰς λειτουργικὰς Ααρων ὥστε λειτουργεῖν ἐν αὐταῖς ἐν τῷ ἁγίῳ.
[12] And of the gold that remained of the offering they made vessels to minister with before the Lord.
[13] Καὶ ἤνεγκαν τὰς στολὰς πρὸς Μωυσῆν καὶ τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ τὰ σκεύη αὐτῆς καὶ τὰς βάσεις καὶ τοὺς μοχλοὺς αὐτῆς καὶ τοὺς στύλους
[13] And the blue that was left, and the purple, and the scarlet they made into garments of ministry for Aaron, so that he should minister with them in the sanctuary;
[14] καὶ τὴν κιβωτὸν τῆς διαθήκης καὶ τοὺς διωστῆρας αὐτῆς
[14] and they brought the garments to Moses, and the tabernacle, and its furniture, its bases and its bars and the posts;
[15] καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ πάντα τὰ σκεύη αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸ ἔλαιον τῆς χρίσεως καὶ τὸ θυμίαμα τῆς συνθέσεως
[15] and the ark of the covenant, and its bearers, and the altar and all its furniture.
[16] καὶ τὴν λυχνίαν τὴν καθαρὰν καὶ τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς, λύχνους τῆς καύσεως, καὶ τὸ ἔλαιον τοῦ φωτὸς
[16] And they made the anointing oil, and the incense of composition, and the pure candlestick,
[17] καὶ τὴν τράπεζαν τῆς προθέσεως καὶ πάντα τὰ αὐτῆς σκεύη καὶ τοὺς ἄρτους τοὺς προκειμένους
[17] and its lamps, lamps for burning, and oil for the light,
[18] καὶ τὰς στολὰς τοῦ ἁγίου, αἵ εἰσιν Ααρων, καὶ τὰς στολὰς τῶν υἱῶν αὐτοῦ εἰς τὴν ἱερατείαν
[18] and the table of shewbread, and all its furniture, and the shewbread upon it,
[19] καὶ τὰ ἱστία τῆς αὐλῆς καὶ τοὺς στύλους καὶ τὸ καταπέτασμα τῆς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς καὶ τῆς πύλης τῆς αὐλῆς καὶ πάντα τὰ σκεύη τῆς σκηνῆς καὶ πάντα τὰ ἐργαλεῖα αὐτῆς
[19] and the garments of the sanctuary which belong to Aaron, and the garments of his sons, for the priestly ministry;
[20] καὶ τὰς διφθέρας δέρματα κριῶν ἠρυθροδανωμένα καὶ τὰ καλύμματα δέρματα ὑακίνθινα καὶ τῶν λοιπῶν τὰ ἐπικαλύμματα
[20] and the curtains of the court, and the posts, and the veil of the door of the tabernacle, and the gate of the court,
[21] καὶ τοὺς πασσάλους καὶ πάντα τὰ ἐργαλεῖα τὰ εἰς τὰ ἔργα τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου·
[21] and all the vessels of the tabernacle and all its instruments: and the skins, even rams’ skins dyed red, and the blue coverings, and the coverings of the other things, and the pins, and all the instruments for the works of the tabernacle of witness.
[22] ὅσα συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ, οὕτως ἐποίησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ πᾶσαν τὴν ἀποσκευήν.
[22] Whatsoever things the Lord appointed Moses, so did the children of Israel make all the furniture.
[23] καὶ εἶδεν Μωϋσῆς πάντα τὰ ἔργα, καὶ ἦσαν πεποιηκότες αὐτὰ ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ, οὕτως ἐποίησαν αὐτά· καὶ εὐλόγησεν αὐτοὺς Μωϋσῆς.
[23] And Moses saw all the works; and they had done them all as the Lord commanded Moses, so had they made them; and Moses blessed them.
CHAPTER 40
[1] Καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων
[1] And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
[2] Ἐν ἡμέρᾳ μιᾷ τοῦ μηνὸς τοῦ πρώτου νουμηνίᾳ στήσεις τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου
[2] On the first day of the first month, at the new moon, thou shalt set up the tabernacle of witness,
[3] καὶ θήσεις τὴν κιβωτὸν τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ σκεπάσεις τὴν κιβωτὸν τῷ καταπετάσματι
[3] and thou shalt place in it the ark of the testimony, and shalt cover the ark with the veil,
[4] καὶ εἰσοίσεις τὴν τράπεζαν καὶ προθήσεις τὴν πρόθεσιν αὐτῆς καὶ εἰσοίσεις τὴν λυχνίαν καὶ ἐπιθήσεις τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς
[4] and thou shalt bring in the table and shalt set forth that which is to be set forth on it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick and place its lamps on it.
[5] καὶ θήσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον τὸ χρυσοῦν εἰς τὸ θυμιᾶν ἐναντίον τῆς κιβωτοῦ καὶ ἐπιθήσεις κάλυμμα καταπετάσματος ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου
[5] And thou shalt place the golden altar, to burn incense before the ark; and thou shalt put a covering of a veil on the door of the tabernacle of witness.
[6] καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων θήσεις παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου
[6] And thou shalt put the altar of burnt-offerings by the doors of the tabernacle of witness, and thou shalt set up the tabernacle round about, and thou shalt hallow all that belongs to it round about.
[8] καὶ περιθήσεις τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ πάντα τὰ αὐτῆς ἁγιάσεις κύκλῳ.

[9] καὶ λήμψῃ τὸ ἔλαιον τοῦ χρίσματος καὶ χρίσεις τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ πάντα τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ ἁγιάσεις αὐτὴν καὶ πάντα τὰ σκεύη αὐτῆς, καὶ ἔσται ἁγία.
[9] And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and shalt anoint the tabernacle, and all things in it; and shalt sanctify it, and all its furniture, and it shall be holy.
[10] καὶ χρίσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων καὶ πάντα αὐτοῦ τὰ σκεύη καὶ ἁγιάσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον, καὶ ἔσται τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἅγιον τῶν ἁγίων.
[10] And thou shalt anoint the altar of burnt-offerings, and all its furniture; and thou shalt hallow the altar, and the altar shall be most holy.
[12] καὶ προσάξεις Ααρων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ λούσεις αὐτοὺς ὕδατι
[11] 12 And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons to the doors of the tabernacle of witness, and thou shalt wash them with water.
[13] καὶ ἐνδύσεις Ααρων τὰς στολὰς τὰς ἁγίας καὶ χρίσεις αὐτὸν καὶ ἁγιάσεις αὐτόν, καὶ ἱερατεύσει μοι·
[13] And thou shalt put on Aaron the holy garments, and thou shalt anoint him, and thou shalt sanctify him, and he shall minister to me as priest.
[14] καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ προσάξεις καὶ ἐνδύσεις αὐτοὺς χιτῶνας
[14] And thou shalt bring up his sons, and shalt put garments on them.
[15] καὶ ἀλείψεις αὐτούς, ὃν τρόπον ἤλειψας τὸν πατέρα αὐτῶν, καὶ ἱερατεύσουσίν μοι· καὶ ἔσται ὥστε εἶναι αὐτοῖς χρῖσμα ἱερατείας εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα εἰς τὰς γενεὰς αὐτῶν.
[15] And thou shalt anoint them as thou didst anoint their father, and they shall minister to me as priests; and it shall be that they shall have an everlasting anointing of priesthood, throughout their generations.
[16] καὶ ἐποίησεν Μωϋσῆς πάντα, ὅσα ἐνετείλατο αὐτῷ κύριος, οὕτως ἐποίησεν.
[16] And Moses did all things whatsoever the Lord commanded him, so did he.
[17] Καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ μηνὶ τῷ πρώτῳ τῷ δευτέρῳ ἔτει ἐκπορευομένων αὐτῶν ἐξ Αἰγύπτου νουμηνίᾳ ἐστάθη ἡ σκηνή·
[17] And it came to pass in the first month, in the second year after their going forth out of Egypt, at the new moon, that the tabernacle was set up.
[18] καὶ ἔστησεν Μωϋσῆς τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὰς κεφαλίδας καὶ διενέβαλεν τοὺς μοχλοὺς καὶ ἔστησεν τοὺς στύλους
[18] And Moses set up the tabernacle, and put on the chapiters, and put the bars into their places, and set up the posts.
[19] καὶ ἐξέτεινεν τὰς αὐλαίας ἐπὶ τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὸ κατακάλυμμα τῆς σκηνῆς ἐπ’ αὐτῆς ἄνωθεν, καθὰ συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[19] And he stretched out the curtains over the tabernacle, and put the veil of the tabernacle on it above as the Lord commanded Moses.
[20] καὶ λαβὼν τὰ μαρτύρια ἐνέβαλεν εἰς τὴν κιβωτὸν καὶ ὑπέθηκεν τοὺς διωστῆρας ὑπὸ τὴν κιβωτὸν
[20] And he took the testimonies, and put them into the ark; and he put the staves by the sides of the ark.
[21] καὶ εἰσήνεγκεν τὴν κιβωτὸν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὸ κατακάλυμμα τοῦ καταπετάσματος καὶ ἐσκέπασεν τὴν κιβωτὸν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[21] And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and put on it the covering of the veil, and covered the ark of the testimony, as the Lord commanded Moses.
[22] καὶ ἔθηκεν τὴν τράπεζαν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἐπὶ τὸ κλίτος τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου τὸ πρὸς βορρᾶν ἔξωθεν τοῦ καταπετάσματος τῆς σκηνῆς
[22] And he put the table in the tabernacle of witness, on the north side without the veil of the tabernacle.
[23] καὶ προέθηκεν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς ἄρτους τῆς προθέσεως ἔναντι κυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[23] And he put on it the shewbread before the Lord, as the Lord commanded Moses.
[24] καὶ ἔθηκεν τὴν λυχνίαν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου εἰς τὸ κλίτος τῆς σκηνῆς τὸ πρὸς νότον
[24] And he put the candlestick into the tabernacle of witness, on the side of the tabernacle toward the south.
[25] καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς ἔναντι κυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[25] And he put on it its lamps before the Lord, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
[26] καὶ ἔθηκεν τὸ θυσιαστήριον τὸ χρυσοῦν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἀπέναντι τοῦ καταπετάσματος
[26] And he put the golden altar in the tabernacle of witness before the veil;
[27] καὶ ἐθυμίασεν ἐπ’ αὐτοῦ τὸ θυμίαμα τῆς συνθέσεως, καθάπερ συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[27] and he burnt on it incense of composition, as the Lord commanded Moses.
[29] καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων ἔθηκεν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς
[29] And he put the altar of the burnt-offerings by the doors of the tabernacle.
[33] καὶ ἔστησεν τὴν αὐλὴν κύκλῳ τῆς σκηνῆς καὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου. καὶ συνετέλεσεν Μωϋσῆς πάντα τὰ ἔργα.
[33] And he set up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar; and Moses accomplished all the works.
[34] Καὶ ἐκάλυψεν ἡ νεφέλη τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ δόξης κυρίου ἐπλήσθη ἡ σκηνή·
[34] And the cloud covered the tabernacle of witness, and the tabernacle was filled with the glory of the Lord.
[35] καὶ οὐκ ἠδυνάσθη Μωϋσῆς εἰσελθεῖν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, ὅτι ἐπεσκίαζεν ἐπ’ αὐτὴν ἡ νεφέλη καὶ δόξης κυρίου ἐπλήσθη ἡ σκηνή.
[35] And Moses was not able to enter into the tabernacle of testimony, because the cloud overshadowed it, and the tabernacle was filled with the glory of the Lord.
[36] ἡνίκα δ’ ἂν ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη ἀπὸ τῆς σκηνῆς, ἀνεζεύγνυσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ σὺν τῇ ἀπαρτίᾳ αὐτῶν·
[36] And when the cloud went up from the tabernacle, the children of Israel prepared to depart with their baggage.
[37] εἰ δὲ μὴ ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη, οὐκ ἀνεζεύγνυσαν ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας, ἧς ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη·
[37] And if the cloud went not up, they did not prepare to depart, till the day when the cloud went up.
[38] νεφέλη γὰρ ἦν ἐπὶ τῆς σκηνῆς ἡμέρας καὶ πῦρ ἦν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς νυκτὸς ἐναντίον παντὸς Ισραηλ ἐν πάσαις ταῖς ἀναζυγαῖς αὐτῶν.
[38] For a cloud was on the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night before all Israel, in all their journeyings.
Leviticus
CHAPTER 1
[1] Καὶ ἀνεκάλεσεν Μωυσῆν καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος αὐτῷ ἐκ τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου λέγων
[1] And the Lord called Moses again and spoke to him out of the tabernacle of witness, saying, Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them,
[2] Λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς Ἄνθρωπος ἐξ ὑμῶν ἐὰν προσαγάγῃ δῶρα τῷ κυρίῳ, ἀπὸ τῶν κτηνῶν, ἀπὸ τῶν βοῶν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων, προσοίσετε τὰ δῶρα ὑμῶν.
[2] If any man of you shall bring gifts to the Lord, ye shall bring your gifts of the cattle and of the oxen and of the sheep.
[3] ἐὰν ὁλοκαύτωμα τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ ἐκ τῶν βοῶν, ἄρσεν ἄμωμον προσάξει· πρὸς τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου προσοίσει αὐτὸ δεκτὸν ἐναντίον κυρίου.
[3] If his gift be a whole-burnt-offering, he shall bring an unblemished male of the herd to the door of the tabernacle of witness, he shall bring it as acceptable before the Lord.
[4] καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ καρπώματος, δεκτὸν αὐτῷ ἐξιλάσασθαι περὶ αὐτοῦ.
[4] And he shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt-offering as a thing acceptable for him, to make atonement for him.
[5] καὶ σφάξουσι τὸν μόσχον ἔναντι κυρίου, καὶ προσοίσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα καὶ προσχεοῦσιν τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν θυρῶν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου.
[5] And they shall slay the calf before the Lord; and the sons of Aaron the priests shall bring the blood, and they shall pour the blood round about on the altar, which is at the doors of the tabernacle of witness.
[6] καὶ ἐκδείραντες τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα μελιοῦσιν αὐτὸ κατὰ μέλη,
[6] And having flayed the whole burnt-offering, they shall divide it by its limbs.
[7] καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς πῦρ ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν ξύλα ἐπὶ τὸ πῦρ,
[7] And the sons of Aaron the priests shall put fire on the altar, and shall pile wood on the fire.
[8] καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὰ διχοτομήματα καὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν καὶ τὸ στέαρ ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρὸς τὰ ὄντα ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου,
[8] And the sons of Aaron the priests shall pile up the divided parts, and the head, and the fat on the wood on the fire, the wood which is on the altar.
[9] τὰ δὲ ἐγκοίλια καὶ τοὺς πόδας πλυνοῦσιν ὕδατι, καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ ἱερεῖς τὰ πάντα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον· κάρπωμά ἐστιν, θυσία, ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας τῷ κυρίῳ.
[9] And the entrails and the feet they shall wash in water, and the priests shall put all on the altar: it is a burnt-offering, a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
[10] Ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ, ἀπό τε τῶν ἀρνῶν καὶ τῶν ἐρίφων, εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα, ἄρσεν ἄμωμον προσάξει αὐτὸ καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ.

[3] καὶ θήσεις τὴν κιβωτὸν τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ σκεπάσεις τὴν κιβωτὸν τῷ καταπετάσματι
[3] and thou shalt place in it the ark of the testimony, and shalt cover the ark with the veil,
[4] καὶ εἰσοίσεις τὴν τράπεζαν καὶ προθήσεις τὴν πρόθεσιν αὐτῆς καὶ εἰσοίσεις τὴν λυχνίαν καὶ ἐπιθήσεις τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς
[4] and thou shalt bring in the table and shalt set forth that which is to be set forth on it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick and place its lamps on it.
[5] καὶ θήσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον τὸ χρυσοῦν εἰς τὸ θυμιᾶν ἐναντίον τῆς κιβωτοῦ καὶ ἐπιθήσεις κάλυμμα καταπετάσματος ἐπὶ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου
[5] And thou shalt place the golden altar, to burn incense before the ark; and thou shalt put a covering of a veil on the door of the tabernacle of witness.
[6] καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων θήσεις παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου
[6] And thou shalt put the altar of burnt-offerings by the doors of the tabernacle of witness, and thou shalt set up the tabernacle round about, and thou shalt hallow all that belongs to it round about.
[8] καὶ περιθήσεις τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ πάντα τὰ αὐτῆς ἁγιάσεις κύκλῳ.

[9] καὶ λήμψῃ τὸ ἔλαιον τοῦ χρίσματος καὶ χρίσεις τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ πάντα τὰ ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ ἁγιάσεις αὐτὴν καὶ πάντα τὰ σκεύη αὐτῆς, καὶ ἔσται ἁγία.
[9] And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and shalt anoint the tabernacle, and all things in it; and shalt sanctify it, and all its furniture, and it shall be holy.
[10] καὶ χρίσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων καὶ πάντα αὐτοῦ τὰ σκεύη καὶ ἁγιάσεις τὸ θυσιαστήριον, καὶ ἔσται τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἅγιον τῶν ἁγίων.
[10] And thou shalt anoint the altar of burnt-offerings, and all its furniture; and thou shalt hallow the altar, and the altar shall be most holy.
[12] καὶ προσάξεις Ααρων καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ λούσεις αὐτοὺς ὕδατι
[11] 12 And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons to the doors of the tabernacle of witness, and thou shalt wash them with water.
[13] καὶ ἐνδύσεις Ααρων τὰς στολὰς τὰς ἁγίας καὶ χρίσεις αὐτὸν καὶ ἁγιάσεις αὐτόν, καὶ ἱερατεύσει μοι·
[13] And thou shalt put on Aaron the holy garments, and thou shalt anoint him, and thou shalt sanctify him, and he shall minister to me as priest.
[14] καὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς αὐτοῦ προσάξεις καὶ ἐνδύσεις αὐτοὺς χιτῶνας
[14] And thou shalt bring up his sons, and shalt put garments on them.
[15] καὶ ἀλείψεις αὐτούς, ὃν τρόπον ἤλειψας τὸν πατέρα αὐτῶν, καὶ ἱερατεύσουσίν μοι· καὶ ἔσται ὥστε εἶναι αὐτοῖς χρῖσμα ἱερατείας εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα εἰς τὰς γενεὰς αὐτῶν.
[15] And thou shalt anoint them as thou didst anoint their father, and they shall minister to me as priests; and it shall be that they shall have an everlasting anointing of priesthood, throughout their generations.
[16] καὶ ἐποίησεν Μωϋσῆς πάντα, ὅσα ἐνετείλατο αὐτῷ κύριος, οὕτως ἐποίησεν.
[16] And Moses did all things whatsoever the Lord commanded him, so did he.
[17] Καὶ ἐγένετο ἐν τῷ μηνὶ τῷ πρώτῳ τῷ δευτέρῳ ἔτει ἐκπορευομένων αὐτῶν ἐξ Αἰγύπτου νουμηνίᾳ ἐστάθη ἡ σκηνή·
[17] And it came to pass in the first month, in the second year after their going forth out of Egypt, at the new moon, that the tabernacle was set up.
[18] καὶ ἔστησεν Μωϋσῆς τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὰς κεφαλίδας καὶ διενέβαλεν τοὺς μοχλοὺς καὶ ἔστησεν τοὺς στύλους
[18] And Moses set up the tabernacle, and put on the chapiters, and put the bars into their places, and set up the posts.
[19] καὶ ἐξέτεινεν τὰς αὐλαίας ἐπὶ τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὸ κατακάλυμμα τῆς σκηνῆς ἐπ’ αὐτῆς ἄνωθεν, καθὰ συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[19] And he stretched out the curtains over the tabernacle, and put the veil of the tabernacle on it above as the Lord commanded Moses.
[20] καὶ λαβὼν τὰ μαρτύρια ἐνέβαλεν εἰς τὴν κιβωτὸν καὶ ὑπέθηκεν τοὺς διωστῆρας ὑπὸ τὴν κιβωτὸν
[20] And he took the testimonies, and put them into the ark; and he put the staves by the sides of the ark.
[21] καὶ εἰσήνεγκεν τὴν κιβωτὸν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τὸ κατακάλυμμα τοῦ καταπετάσματος καὶ ἐσκέπασεν τὴν κιβωτὸν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[21] And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and put on it the covering of the veil, and covered the ark of the testimony, as the Lord commanded Moses.
[22] καὶ ἔθηκεν τὴν τράπεζαν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἐπὶ τὸ κλίτος τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου τὸ πρὸς βορρᾶν ἔξωθεν τοῦ καταπετάσματος τῆς σκηνῆς
[22] And he put the table in the tabernacle of witness, on the north side without the veil of the tabernacle.
[23] καὶ προέθηκεν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς ἄρτους τῆς προθέσεως ἔναντι κυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[23] And he put on it the shewbread before the Lord, as the Lord commanded Moses.
[24] καὶ ἔθηκεν τὴν λυχνίαν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου εἰς τὸ κλίτος τῆς σκηνῆς τὸ πρὸς νότον
[24] And he put the candlestick into the tabernacle of witness, on the side of the tabernacle toward the south.
[25] καὶ ἐπέθηκεν τοὺς λύχνους αὐτῆς ἔναντι κυρίου, ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[25] And he put on it its lamps before the Lord, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
[26] καὶ ἔθηκεν τὸ θυσιαστήριον τὸ χρυσοῦν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἀπέναντι τοῦ καταπετάσματος
[26] And he put the golden altar in the tabernacle of witness before the veil;
[27] καὶ ἐθυμίασεν ἐπ’ αὐτοῦ τὸ θυμίαμα τῆς συνθέσεως, καθάπερ συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. –
[27] and he burnt on it incense of composition, as the Lord commanded Moses.
[29] καὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῶν καρπωμάτων ἔθηκεν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς
[29] And he put the altar of the burnt-offerings by the doors of the tabernacle.
[33] καὶ ἔστησεν τὴν αὐλὴν κύκλῳ τῆς σκηνῆς καὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου. καὶ συνετέλεσεν Μωϋσῆς πάντα τὰ ἔργα.
[33] And he set up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar; and Moses accomplished all the works.
[34] Καὶ ἐκάλυψεν ἡ νεφέλη τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ δόξης κυρίου ἐπλήσθη ἡ σκηνή·
[34] And the cloud covered the tabernacle of witness, and the tabernacle was filled with the glory of the Lord.
[35] καὶ οὐκ ἠδυνάσθη Μωϋσῆς εἰσελθεῖν εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου, ὅτι ἐπεσκίαζεν ἐπ’ αὐτὴν ἡ νεφέλη καὶ δόξης κυρίου ἐπλήσθη ἡ σκηνή.
[35] And Moses was not able to enter into the tabernacle of testimony, because the cloud overshadowed it, and the tabernacle was filled with the glory of the Lord.
[36] ἡνίκα δ’ ἂν ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη ἀπὸ τῆς σκηνῆς, ἀνεζεύγνυσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ σὺν τῇ ἀπαρτίᾳ αὐτῶν·
[36] And when the cloud went up from the tabernacle, the children of Israel prepared to depart with their baggage.
[37] εἰ δὲ μὴ ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη, οὐκ ἀνεζεύγνυσαν ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας, ἧς ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη·
[37] And if the cloud went not up, they did not prepare to depart, till the day when the cloud went up.
[38] νεφέλη γὰρ ἦν ἐπὶ τῆς σκηνῆς ἡμέρας καὶ πῦρ ἦν ἐπ’ αὐτῆς νυκτὸς ἐναντίον παντὸς Ισραηλ ἐν πάσαις ταῖς ἀναζυγαῖς αὐτῶν.
[38] For a cloud was on the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night before all Israel, in all their journeyings.
Leviticus
CHAPTER 1
[1] Καὶ ἀνεκάλεσεν Μωυσῆν καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος αὐτῷ ἐκ τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου λέγων
[1] And the Lord called Moses again and spoke to him out of the tabernacle of witness, saying, Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them,
[2] Λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς Ἄνθρωπος ἐξ ὑμῶν ἐὰν προσαγάγῃ δῶρα τῷ κυρίῳ, ἀπὸ τῶν κτηνῶν, ἀπὸ τῶν βοῶν καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων, προσοίσετε τὰ δῶρα ὑμῶν.
[2] If any man of you shall bring gifts to the Lord, ye shall bring your gifts of the cattle and of the oxen and of the sheep.
[3] ἐὰν ὁλοκαύτωμα τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ ἐκ τῶν βοῶν, ἄρσεν ἄμωμον προσάξει· πρὸς τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου προσοίσει αὐτὸ δεκτὸν ἐναντίον κυρίου.
[3] If his gift be a whole-burnt-offering, he shall bring an unblemished male of the herd to the door of the tabernacle of witness, he shall bring it as acceptable before the Lord.
[4] καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ καρπώματος, δεκτὸν αὐτῷ ἐξιλάσασθαι περὶ αὐτοῦ.
[4] And he shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt-offering as a thing acceptable for him, to make atonement for him.
[5] καὶ σφάξουσι τὸν μόσχον ἔναντι κυρίου, καὶ προσοίσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὸ αἷμα καὶ προσχεοῦσιν τὸ αἷμα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον κύκλῳ τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν θυρῶν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου.
[5] And they shall slay the calf before the Lord; and the sons of Aaron the priests shall bring the blood, and they shall pour the blood round about on the altar, which is at the doors of the tabernacle of witness.
[6] καὶ ἐκδείραντες τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα μελιοῦσιν αὐτὸ κατὰ μέλη,
[6] And having flayed the whole burnt-offering, they shall divide it by its limbs.
[7] καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς πῦρ ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν ξύλα ἐπὶ τὸ πῦρ,
[7] And the sons of Aaron the priests shall put fire on the altar, and shall pile wood on the fire.
[8] καὶ ἐπιστοιβάσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ααρων οἱ ἱερεῖς τὰ διχοτομήματα καὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν καὶ τὸ στέαρ ἐπὶ τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐπὶ τοῦ πυρὸς τὰ ὄντα ἐπὶ τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου,
[8] And the sons of Aaron the priests shall pile up the divided parts, and the head, and the fat on the wood on the fire, the wood which is on the altar.
[9] τὰ δὲ ἐγκοίλια καὶ τοὺς πόδας πλυνοῦσιν ὕδατι, καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ ἱερεῖς τὰ πάντα ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον· κάρπωμά ἐστιν, θυσία, ὀσμὴ εὐωδίας τῷ κυρίῳ.
[9] And the entrails and the feet they shall wash in water, and the priests shall put all on the altar: it is a burnt-offering, a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord.
[10] Ἐὰν δὲ ἀπὸ τῶν προβάτων τὸ δῶρον αὐτοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ, ἀπό τε τῶν ἀρνῶν καὶ τῶν ἐρίφων, εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα, ἄρσεν ἄμωμον προσάξει αὐτὸ καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ.
