Sir Fire wanted to say something but he was cut from the sound of the door opening. He looked at the doors out of the Medical room and saw a man in full black attire enter. Buster looked at the guard and asked, "Have the medical reports come?"
The guard looked at Buster and said in a loud voice, "Yes Sir, the medical reports for the intruder has come!"

Chapter 58: More Reports | Hero System! Transported to Another World
"Sir, We have the medical report of the intruder with us! We also have a report on the materials found on the intruder's clothes!" A man said as soon as he entered the medical station and saw Buster.
Buster looked at the man with a small tinge of annoyance and said, "We're in a medical station right now, How many times do I have to explain that being loud within a medical station is something that should not even be done? There are patients here, well only one patient but she just went through a concussion. Being loud in places like these are forbidden yet you still do it." Buster looked very annoyed.
The man looked at Buster and said with a scared expression, "Sorry Sir… I won't do it again…" He looked back pointed towards a table. Another guard walked towards that table and put down a circular disk. The previous man then continued, "Sir, we also have a used syringe but for safety reasons, it's protected in the guard's locker. If you need it, we'll bring it here and if it's not needed, I shall take my leave." His voice was quieter than before, fearing Buster's anger.
Buster shook his head, "You may leave, We'll look at the syringe later on. For now, we just needed the reports." The guard smiled and quickly left the building when he heard Buster.
Buster looked towards the chip and walked to it. He pressed a button on the chip and brought it towards the three. Alex looked at the chip and said, "What is that?" He was curious about the circular chip that the guard brought them. It looked similar to the hologram chip that SIr Fire previously used but it had a different shape and was larger.
Midnight looked at Alex and answered, "That chip is a medical hologram. It's very useful for medical reports because it shows the parts of the body in the report, incomplete 3d. So we can move it around and look at the injuries up close. It shows everything in 3d, and even the blobs so it's easier to understand and explain for the doctor." Alex nodded when he heard Midnight, he understood the use of the chip.
Buster looked at the chip and pressed another small trigger. As he did, a small navigation UI popped up. The rest watched as Buster navigated through the UI to bring up the different results. It looked like he was just using a tough control but he was interacting with the 3d image projected in the air.
After a few seconds of going through the report, Buster looked at Sir Fire and said, "Everything is clear. Nothing that's out of the ordinary. He died from poison, cyanide. A simple yet effective one. Before infiltrating the facility, he didn't have anything to eat or even drink. His systems were empty and by the looks of it, he was dehydrated. It seems like they had him with themselves for a few days before they put him up with Shin to try to get inside this facility…"
Buster took a deep breath and continued, "No signs of previous injuries before he came here, and nothing else that would look weird to me." Sir Fire looked at Buster and said, can you check his blood reports.
Buster nodded and said, "Like I said, nothing out of the ordinary. If I bring up his blood report, it's nothing special. His blood type is A+, pretty common. He doesn't have any disease of any sort. Except for the dehydration and near starvation, the guy was very healthy." Buster looked at Sir FIre, waiting for his reaction.
Sir fire didn't comment on what Buster said. He looked at the doctor and said, "how's her blood report going?" The doctor, who was distracted by the report given by Buster quickly looked at the computer and said, "In a few dozen seconds, the report will be printed."
The rest nodded and walked towards the Doctor's office, waiting for the blood report. Alex and midnight, both were very curious about what was happening. They both suspected the same thing as Buster and Sir fire, that the victims must have been controlled by something that was physically within the body but they didn't know for sure. All they had to do now was wait for Buster or Sir Fire to explain it to them.
Once the blood report was oriented, They all saw that the report showed the same thing. There was the same amount of parasite blobs within her blood.
Buster and Sir Fire had a smile on their faces when they saw the parasite and looked towards Shin. "Shin, I'll need to ask something from you. Once we succeed, We believe that we can prevent any more victims like you."
Shin, a bit confused by what the two were talking about nodded, "What do I do?" buster Looked at Sir Fire when he heard her reaction and said, "We'll have to prevent her from going outside as the effects might kick in and she might run away…" Sir fire nodded and replied, "I know, Let's just quickly finish our tests, after that we no longer need to worry about anything."
Buster smiled when he heard Sir Fire and looked towards Shin, "we need you to donate some blood to us. The parasite within your blood may be the key to the mind controller's secrets to mind controlling you, Axa, and many more unknown victims."
Shin looked shocked when she heard Sir Fire, "What.. I have a parasite?"
Sir Fire nodded when he heard Shin, "You have a very weird parasitic blob that absorbs your energy. But If we find a way to kill it, we can prevent it from doing any harm to you. and if our theory is correct, you will also no longer be in control of anyone else. Until then, We... We will have to keep you locked up to prevent you from escaping if the mind control starts to come back."
Chapter 59: Secret | Hero System! Transported to Another World
Shin, felt a bit confused but she nodded her head, She had trust in Sir Fire. She looked at Buster and said, "What about the parasite? Won't it harm or weaken me if it's in my body too long? That's how parasites work don't they?" Shin felt a bit scared when she thought of a parasite living inside of her body. She looked at Sir Fire and Buster hopefully.
But to her fear, Buster couldn't say anything, He looked at Sir Fire and said, "We'll have to find a cure for the parasite soon. But it might be more difficult than dealing with an actual parasite, this one seems to be made in a lab. So it's cure will take a longer time to find. But it doesn't need to worry about you. You'll be safe as long as you cooperate with us."
Shin looked scared when she heard Buster but she nodded. She had to keep hope that they would find a cure for her. Sir Fire looked at the doctor and said, "Put her in a highly secure room and when every doing any form of checks on her, always bring a few guards with you. For now, she seems to be in control of herself self but we never know. I pray that it won't happen but if it does, the guards need to retain her for good."
Sir FIre then looked towards Shin and softly said, "Be strong, For the key to saving thousands of awakened lies on you. It's a big job so you need to be strong. And, always inform the doctor if your mind starts to get muddled or you can't think straight. They'll try to help you."
Shin nodded and smiled at Sir Fire. Buster looked at Sir Fire and said, "We'll need to go to the research station then, The faster we are, the better. But it might take time now that we had another huge even happen today." Buster then looked towards Alex and then said, "We need to give a brief to the awakened headquarters on everything, how about we send Alex and Midnight. The two will do that job while we focus on the research to find the cure for the parasite."
Sir Fire nodded and looked towards Alex and Midnight, "You two will probably get bored if you just stuck here and watched we fiddle around with tools and samples. Going to the headquarters to brief on everything that has happened so far would be a better job, sounds good?"
Alex looked at Midnight, who seemed to be happy with the idea. She said, "I'm more than happy with that, I think Alex also agrees, right?" Alex looked at Midnight and answered, "I also agree, We would have done nothing even if we were here so it's better this way. At least I can be of some use."
Sir Fire smiled when he heard Alex and Midnight, "You two go to the reception of the facility, I'll get a car ready to take you two to the headquarters. We'll be going now, be safe." Buster smiled at Midnight and Alex, "See you two soon."
Alex and Midnight said their goodbyes and went to the reception. Midnight looked at Alex and said, "You must be super unlucky, you know?" Alex looked confused and replied, "Unlucky? How so?"
Midnight laughed when she heard Alex's reply and continued, "Well, You came to this world yesterday, had to deal with nearly dying once, and then having to battle your first few reapers. Then today, you had to go through what looked like a normal looking C rank gate, only for it to evolve twice… Hell, you even made people dislike you from the start just because of how close you were with Hana, even though you've only been here for a day. I can't say if you're lucky or just unlucky but I do commend you for hanging on for so long. Now, you'll have some time to relax, at least until we brief them about the series of unfortunate events that we've gone through today."
Alex laughed when he heard Midnight's words, He looked outside of the reception to see a car waiting for them, "The car's here, let's go." The two entered the car and set off to the Awakened Headquarters. Alex looked out of the car and said, "I'm curious, it was your first time in the facility as well, right?" Midnight nodded when she heard Alex, "It was my first time, But I did hear a lot about it from Buster."
Alex continued, "Is the facility's location a secret that only a few know? It seems like the facility had everything that one could need, food, I think I saw a few bedding inside a few rooms and a few open grounds to play sports on… And"
Midnight looked at Alex and smiled, "pretty observant, Indeed the facility's location is a secret to the public, Only the top dogs know of its location. The workers live in the facility itself so that they don't have to come back and forward, possibly giving away its location. The road from the city to the facility is known only by a few. That's the reason we're being driven from here to the city. I've heard that the road is filled with special equipment that is used to confuse people and deter them from driving on this road. It's been pretty secure till now so the fact that they sent mind controlled people here to extract information from here means that the person behind them has political powers as well or is backed by them. Which Means that once this news gets out, things will get ugly on the political side as well. But that's for the politicians to decide, we awakened stay away from politics."
Alex nodded as he listened to Midnight, he thought, 'Just like Hana and Ryan said, they must be backed by some upper power… Most likely a politician. It makes even more sense now that they attacked a building that's location is not out to the public."
Chapter 60: Vis | Hero System! Transported to Another World
'But all this information would be useless as I'm sure everyone has thought of that before. But It is good to know that I should be wary around politicians if I ever come across them in the future.' Alex thought as he looked out of the window. He watched as the car passed through a dense forest. Midnight looked at Alex and smiled, "I know what you're thinking, It's in everyone's mind. The top dogs never want us to have an organization of our own so they have tried to keep us in check or try to be in charge of the Bureau. But all of them failed. This attack proves that at least our enemies have backings from a top dog. But this thing gets more complicated as we really don't have any idea who the people behind this attack were. From what Shin explained on how she was abducted and forced to attack this facility under the mind control, It sounds like an organization… I suppose we'll get some more information as we investigate more on them." She sighed
Midnight then looked outside of the window and said with a smile," For now, you and I have the easier job of explaining everything that has happened so far to Master Zhun and Ryan. It's easy because we're explaining it to those two. Once that happens and we'll need to give the same explanation to the leaders of the country, we'll be riddled with questions. So relax for now."
Alex nodded when he heard Midnight, He looked out of the window, waiting to arrive at the Bureau.
After a few dozen minutes, The car finally reached its destination. Alex and Midnight stood out and walked into the building. As they did, Alex looked around the streets to see the fewer amount of people than normal, "Are they scared of the gate that appeared?" He asked Midnight.
Midnight nodded, "We are still pretty new to this all. Rules are created and measures are put but following it completely is always done. So I guess after seeing the sky turn red and hearing about the rumors of the Gate evolving twice, A few people might have gotten spooked." Alex nodded when he heard Midnight.
As the two entered the building, they heard a voice, "You, boy have gone through some shit haha." Alex Looked confused for a second as he heard the voice coming from behind him but there was no one there. Midnight shook her head and said, "You really need to stop trying to spook others with shadow. It's annoying at times." She said with an annoyed tone.
"Hahaha, I guess I'll stop. Wouldn't want to make Princess Midnight mad, now Would I?" A man walked from the corner of the main reception. When Alex saw the man, he thought back to the meeting, 'He's the same guy who I couldn't see until the end of the meeting…' Alex looked at shadow, observing him. Shadow wore all white clothes, had white hair, and was very tall.
The man looked at Alex and said, "We didn't get to properly meet this morning so Let me introduce myself, I'm Vis, or some call me shadow as well. I'm an A-ranked Awakened like Midnight. My powers are well, you might have already guessed, Disappearing into the shadows. That's it. Now your turn kid." He stood in front of Alex with a slight smile.
Alex smiled back and replied, "I'm Alex, C rank Awakened, Nice to meet you." When Vis heard Alex, he looked a bit annoyed. He looked at Midnight and then back towards Alex, "It seems like you still don't know what powers you have?" His face looked more intimidating than before.
Alex didn't know how to answer the question. He looked at Vis and smiled, "I think I might just have enhanced physical strength and stamina as well as being able to conjure up a weapon." Vis looked at Alex with a slightly disappointed face. He looked at Midnight who was smiling when she heard Alex's words. Vis smiled when he saw Midnight and said, "It's alright, I'm not forcing anyone." Vis Shrugged as he walked out of the building.
Alex looked at Midnight and smiled, "Aren't we here to brief about what happened." Midnight laughed and replied, "We are, and after that. I have to see if the opportunity comes. If It does, I have some plans for you so be ready." Alex didn't know what she was planning but he nodded. 'I just want to have some free alone time so I can check out the new feature that I got.' He sighed inwardly.
-Main Meeting Room-
Master Zhun and Ryan sat on a chair, waiting for Alex and Midnight. They looked at a picture that was projected in a hologram with concern on their face. "At least Gold was near the area. If he was sent off to another city, It would have been bad." Ryan looked at the picture of the evolved gate in the hologram. Master Zhun Shook his head, "We had Hana in the city and she would have gotten there if no one else was in the city. She is a smart girl and always seems to know what's going on with the gates. Then there is us two as well, Although I'm old, I can put up a fight. And even if you're not a physical fighter your abilities would have made it easier for us to kill the reapers."
Master Zhun Looked at Ryan and smiled, "So don't worry about it if it were to ever happen again, We might not have a huge amount of S rank when compared to other countries but we have just enough for them to protect us."
Ryan nodded when he heard Master Zhun. He looked towards the door and smiled, "It seems like the unlucky kid is here with Midnight. I swear he has to be the least lucky guy on this planet after all that he's been through in two days alone." Ryan Laughed as he and Master Zhun Waited for Alex and Midnight to open the door.
Chapter 61: More Reasons | Hero System! Transported to Another World
Alex and Midnight entered the door to see Ryan and Master Zhun eagerly waiting for the two. "Hello Alex, Hello Midnight." Ryan smiled when he saw the two. Master Zhun also smiled at the two and said, "You two have a lot of things to say to us, I'm eagerly waiting to hear it all." Alex and MIdnight both laughed and nodded. Midnight spoke, "Today has been a weird day I must say. From the B rank awakened being possessed and attacking Hana to a gate being evolved twice and now just recently two mind-controlled intruders attacking the facility where we had a new special discovery…"
Ryan nodded, his smile broke into a serious expression. He looked at Alex and said, "I know it must be very difficult for you to go through all of this but you just keep on hanging in there and train. I've heard from Hana that you were training this morning, good. Train until you can have a one on one battle with us. But until then, try to be extra careful. I believe there is a hidden organization behind this." Ryan stood up and walked towards a hologram.
