The Gift, page 33
Noelle, my other best friend, for over thirty-five years, and another professional musician in my life, you also have a great editing eye and told me if any straggling details about music were wrong. I’m thankful for your ability to spot the typos as well as your musical and teaching knowledge to help make Toni’s world come to life. Oh yes, you also will now stop receiving random music questions, lol!
My bookish friends are always there for me and are the only ones who understand all the ups and downs of being an author, so thank you! There’s a handful of people I can depend on no matter what and that makes my heart sing. You’re all beautiful people.
Last but not least, thanks for having an awesome name to put in a book, Christian Kendall, and for allowing me to use it. Yes, he’s a real man, but NOT like the character at all! In fact, he’s the opposite—sweet and kind.
I thought by my third acknowledgements, I’d be able to keep it short and sweet, like Toni. Well, it’s long and lean, like me. Haha. That being said…until next time, all.
