About the Author
J.S. Frankel was born in Toronto, Canada and grew up there, receiving his tertiary education from the University of Toronto and graduating with a double major in English Literature and Political Science.
Upon his graduation, he worked for Gray Coach Lines for three years before moving to Japan, where taught English to anyone who dared step into his classroom. In 1997, he married the charming Akiko Koike, and their union produced two sons, Kai and Ray.
Frankel and his family make their home in Osaka, where he teaches English by day and writes at night until the wee hours of the morning. Some of his novels for Devine Destinies, include the highly rated Catnip series, the Titans of Ardana trilogy, Picture (Imperfect), the Just Another Quiet Little Town and its sequel, Just Another Quiet Little City, and Star Maps, among others.
Future include Master Fantastic and its sequel, Master Fantastic 2: Worlds Away, and the final novel in the Just Another Quiet Place trilogy.
