WTF! This white boy is crazy in the head! But he’s also crazy fine and crazy good in bed. Add to that he’s her best friend and basically a father to her daughter, Ayana.
There’s just one problem. William’s parents are super racist.

William
I sigh heavily at the pile of work that needs to be done by the end of the day. My mind needs to take a little breather, so I take my eyes off my work momentarily, and stare outside of the glass window of my office.
And there she is, Faith Willford, with her perfectly flawless dark chocolate skin, her intelligent soulful brown eyes, and her sexy curly shoulder-length black hair with red highlights. She has the face and body of a goddess, and I have been in love with her for a very long time.
Don't get me wrong. Being in love with her all these years doesn't mean that I turned celibate. Sex is a part of life, after all. I've had my fair share of women as I tried to fuck my frustrations away at not having the woman that I actually want.
We met when we were in college as we were both finishing up our degree in business management. From my very first sight of Faith, she managed to capture my attention. She was not only beautiful, but she was also intelligent.
Those are two very alluring qualities that draw me to a woman. We eventually became friends, and my feelings for her gradually grew. One day, I woke up with the realization that I'm head over heels in love with her. But despite all my subtle flirtations, she never seemed to catch the hint, and thus I have been placed in the accursed friendzone.
I watched her fall in love with someone else. And in the course of our studies, she got pregnant. They both planned to get married, but unfortunately, in our last year of college, Michael, her fiancé, died in a tragic car crash.
I was there throughout Faith's most depressing time in her life. She raised Ayana, now a five-year-old little girl, all by herself. Faith is indeed a strong person, and I couldn't help falling for her deeper.
By the time we both graduated, we were already the best of friends. I invited her to join my father's company. He's currently the CEO of Flowstate Consulting, a business consulting firm.
My grandfather came up with the idea and built the company from the ground up. We cater to people who are new in the business world, and we point them in the right direction. We help them get the necessary resources. We help them organize their thoughts.
And in turn, they pay us a hefty amount of cash. Even veteran businessmen seek our consult every now and then when it comes to handling big sensitive accounts.
She was hesitant at first, not wanting to take advantage of our friendship to get the job. However, I immediately nipped her worries in the bud. I didn't just offer her the job out of pity. As I said, she's an intelligent woman, who is more than qualified to work in our firm.
She proved me right, rising through the ranks at a fast pace. Now, she's the head of human resources despite her young age of twenty-five. She is very efficient in her job. And I, being the son of my father, was given the position of Vice president so I could learn the ropes from my father himself.
Another sigh escapes my lips as I stare at the woman I've fallen in love with. I decide to take a little break and walk over to her desk. Being near her washes away all the stress and fatigue in my body.
I stop to see her all the time, so this isn't anything new or surprising to everyone in the firm. In fact, they think we're dating. I honestly don't mind if they believe that way. It'll keep other men away from Faith. This rumor has given me a chance to silently stake my claim on her, so it all works out in my best interest.
"Hey," I say, catching her attention.
Faith smiles at me.
"To what do I owe the pleasure of one of your visits?" she asks with a raised eyebrow.
I smirk, "Can't I visit my favorite person in the world whenever I want?"
She rolls her eyes at me.
"You know, it's because of comments like those that make people think that you and I are a thing."
I chuckle, "So what? I don't exactly care about what other people think. And I'm pretty sure you don't either."
She shrugs her shoulders.
"I don't, but it's starting to get annoying. The women here are giving me envious stares. Not to mention, some of the gossip is starting to get out of hand."
Okay, now that's got me curious.
"Like what kind of gossip?" I ask, curious at how these people seem to have more time to make up false information rather than focus on their work.
"Well, for one, some of the guys are saying that I'm a wild cat in bed since I've kept you interested in me all these years. Some women said that you're secretly Ayana's father. And trust me, that's not even half of it," Faith says, exasperated.
I laugh, "Doesn't that work in your favor? At least they painted you as an amazing fuck."
She frowns.
"My sex life isn't anyone's business. Besides, I don't want to get labeled as the office slut, especially when my motel down there has been shut since Michael's death."
"I could open it up back for you," the thought pops in my head. I immediately shut it down. I don't want to get a hard-on at the office. It would be too obvious. I don't want to brag, but calling myself well-endowed is putting it mildly.
"I've got an idea. Why don't you pretend to be my fiancé?" I say casually. I'm the type that likes to mess with people, so I might as well give them something to talk about.
She looks at me like I'm crazy, "I'm sorry. I'm afraid I fail to see the logic of doing that."
I shrug, "You know how I like to mess with people. Come on, it'll be fun. It'll give them something to really talk about."
"I don't know," she says hesitantly.
"I think it's a stupid idea," she adds.
I grin at her widely, "Well, seeing that it's a joke, it doesn't have to make sense, now does it?"
She rolls her eyes at me.
"Why am I friends with an idiot?" she mumbles, but I manage to catch it.
I laugh. Faith's serious personality is very endearing.
"Just say, yes? Be my fiancé?" I ask jokingly, although technically with her, I mean every word.
I'd marry her in a heartbeat if I could.

Faith
"Just say, yes? Be my fiancé?" William asks jokingly.
I rub my temples at William's new idea of a jok
"You know, I really don't see the point in this. I think it's a stupid idea," I repeat, hoping William will realize how crazy he sounds if I emphasize the utter stupidity of his plan.
"Why? Everyone's talking anyway, and we're only friends. We may as well give them something to talk about," he insists with his faulty reasoning.
"And when we don't get married?" I raise an eyebrow, looking at him skeptically.
William shrugs, "We'll just keep saying we haven't set a date yet. Eventually, it will all die down, and we can go back to normal."
He explains this so casually. I can't help looking at him incredulously at his ludicrous explanation.
"That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of," I deadpan, and I genuinely mean it. I've heard him say crazy things before, but this is on a whole new level.
He gives me that charming boy next door grin of his. I instantly roll my eyes. I know where this is going. This conversation is going in his favor fast.
Let's just say I have a soft spot for him. He has been there for me through the toughest moment of my life. Back when Michael, my fiancé, and Ayana's father died, I felt so lost.
It felt like I was going to die and follow after him. If it wasn't for being pregnant with Ayana, and William's undying support and loyalty, I would have succumbed to my depression. He even stayed with me as I took care of Ayana, helping me out every now and then.
Not to mention, he offered me this job and believed in me. His friendship with me means a whole lot. So, despite expressing my misgivings with his plans, I almost always end up humoring him by agreeing anyway.
He's an idiot, but he's my idiot.
Looking at him in his business attire, no one would ever expect him to have such a mischievous personality and sense of humor.
"So you'll do it?" he grins triumphantly, already seeming to know my answer.
I sigh in defeat, "It's dumb. I won't tell anyone anything. If they ask, I'll just smile. You know how I don't like lying. You do what you want to do."
Despite not saying yes to his absurdity, my answer is clear enough for him to acknowledge my cooperation.
I silently pray that this doesn't cause unnecessary trouble.
"She said, yes! She said, yes!" he shouts, immediately having everyone's attention on him.
I massage my temples frustratedly. William's really done it. He's made a huge spectacle of himself, and he's managed to grab me along as an accomplice.
The people in the office, despite not knowing what I said yes to, clap and cheer for our dear boss. I roll my eyes. This is foolish.
I immediately notice the jealous stares of the women increase in intensity. I give out a frustrated sigh.
"Don't make me regret this," I glare at him.
He grins, "Wouldn't dream of it, babe."
"You really like to invite trouble," I state.
He shrugs, "Life's boring if we just stay on the straight and narrow."
I pinch the bridge of my nose at his response.
"Hey, calm down. This will be fun, you'll see," William says while trying to massage my shoulders.
There's no point in making him stop since people have already gotten the wrong idea from the start. His hands are like magic, washing away the tension in between my shoulders.
My eyes open as I remember Ayana.
"What are we going to tell Ayana?" I ask. He looks contemplative for a moment.
"Let's cross that bridge when we get there. The rumor's going to be within this firm, so Ayana won't have to hear any of it anytime soon," William suggests.
I nod, "Alright. We don't know how long this whole fiancé thing's going to blow over anyway. Hopefully, it will die down quickly, and we can return to normal."
I'm hopeful that this will just blow over.
He grins, "Don't worry about the details so much."
He kisses me on the forehead before heading back to his office.
I'm telling you, if looks could kill, I'd be long gone by now. The women are glaring daggers at me. Why did I have to succumb to William's wishes yet again?
William has always been popular with the ladies. Not counting the fact that he's the Vice President of Flowstate Consulting, William is already a devastatingly handsome man. With his dark raven locks, light blue eyes, and sexy as sin body, he can charm any woman into bed with him.
While we were in college, news of his sexual prowess really got around. Despite being his best friend, I don't know how much of those rumors were true. We've always been platonic, so sex with each other was never on the table for us.
William has been known to be a real monster in bed. I remember one of the girls tried to sue him for having too huge of a cock. She ended up not being able to walk for a couple of days from being excessively fucked by what she referred to as his 'monster cock.'
It was a terrific laugh for me, looking at William's black as a kettle face.
Suffice to say, the girl's proclamations only served to strengthen, or even cement William's place as the sex god of our college. When Michael wasn't in the picture yet, a lot of people at school thought William and I were together.
And through the years, despite leaving college behind and being in the career world, women still fawn all over him. And they still mistake our friendly relationship as anything but.
I've given up trying to correct my co-workers. I just can't be bothered to do so every single time they ask me. I've already told them that William and I were just friends, but no one listens.
Being the head of the Human Resources team, I try not to concern myself with trivial rumors about William and me.
But now, I've just gone and agreed to William's outrageous plan. He's fanning the flames of our pseudo romance.
I heave out another heavy sigh. I just hope this doesn't backfire.

William
Did I ever mention how much I love Faith's ass? I mean, you need to see it to believe it. Plump, perky, and firm.
How do I know her as is firm, you ask? Funny you should ask, I checked it just now, as we're walking back to Faith's desk when roughly around a dozen people are in the vicinity.
"I'm gonna miss this," I say with my hand firmly on Faith's behind. Faith slaps me away playfully. As she said, she's not going to deny the rumors that we're engaged, I should at least make it as believable as possible.
Faith's eyes are burning with fury as she speaks, "Honey, what are you doing?"
Faith smile, but I can see that my sudden move surprised her.
"Nothing, I'm just getting one last taste before I have to leave you for the day. You know how much I miss you," I say in the sweetest manner possible.
The bystanders all murmur as all eyes are on me and their Head of Human Resources. I mean, if a stranger, let alone an acquaintance did that, would Faith have just calmly brushed it aside as she did? No, I'd be on the receiving end of a shin to the crotch.
But since my beloved Faith is smiling over here, how can it be other than that she and I are engaged, right?
"Goodbye, William," she coldly says before entering the door.
"Wait," I say before she enters her office space. "Did you forget something?"
She looks at me, confused at first, but my grin tells her all that she needs to know.
"Fine," she whispers.
With that, I give her a light hug and kiss her on the cheeks.
"See? It's working," I whisper to her as I kiss her cheek.
"Next time, give me a heads up, ok? My elbow was about to connect to your jaw," she calmly says.
Yikes.
I keep on forgetting that Faith actually specializes in self-defense. She went crazy after this self-defense seminar she had to go through to disseminate to the company.
