2 medium-size candy canes, crushed
Sweetened whipped cream for topping
Directions:
Gently spread hot fudge sauce on pie crust, covering entire crust. Sprinkle with crushed candy cane. Mix pudding according to package directions, let set for two minutes, then spread over hot fudge.
Set in refrigerator for thirty minutes to set up. Top with whipped cream before serving.
Frankie’s Easy Candy Treats
Ingredients:
Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses
Snyder’s of Hanover Snaps (square pretzels)
Red and green M&Ms
Directions:
Place as many pretzel squares as you want on an ungreased cookie sheet. Unwrap the Kisses and place them in the center of the squares. Put in a 250°F oven for five minutes or until the chocolate is soft but not melted. It only needs to be soft enough to be able to press candy down into the chocolate.
Once chocolate is soft, remove from oven and gently press an M&M in the center of each. Transfer to a large plate and put in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes to harden. Store leftovers (if you have any) in an airtight container.
(Make sure your Kisses aren’t stale. If they are, they won’t melt well. Even the best candy doesn’t last forever!)
