“That’s the news I’m telling the world.” I tell him. “Unfortunately, the only people who will know the truth about what happened to you are myself and Edgar.”
Hans falls to his knees after reading about his death. “I thought you would be pleased with me for dealing with your greatest adversary!”
He was foolish to assume I’d agree to those terms. Luckily only John knows about the existence of the actual Illuminati. And I doubt most people outside of conspiracy theorists would believe him if he spoke about them. “Why would I be pleased?” I bark meeting his terrified eyes. “You almost compromised my operations on Earth!”
“But you reward demons who skirt your laws-”
“True, I do reward demons who skirt the letter of my law. But only after they show me how faithful they are to me by receiving my permission to take action.”
“But I’m supposed to be one of your Elite-”
It’s amusing how these White men think they’re gods merely because of the titles I give them. “You’re nothing to me.”
“I thought I being the head of your Earth operations meant I was somebody-”
“I would sacrifice a thousand of you to get the soul of one man like John Haynes.”
Hans’ face falls into a somber expression on hearing his place in my Legion. “So my place in your Illuminati isn’t important?”
“You’re just fodder in my Legion that can easily be replaced.”
“I thought my work was important-”
“I put you in charge of my business affairs on Earth. I didn’t put you over anything spiritual.”
“Is this why you didn’t want me to get involved with John Haynes?”
“I told you what’s between myself and John was none of your business! But in your arrogance you presumed your title granted you the autonomy to get involved with my spiritual affairs! And thanks to your incompetence John Haynes is now aware that the Illuminati exists!”
“I didn’t think that would impact anyone’s life in the world-”
“That’s why you’re unfit to be my steward.”
“I thought I was supposed to be focused on life in this world-”
That’s the mistake most rich men like him make. “I deal in souls. And your eagerness to humiliate John has put many in jeopardy.”
“I didn’t know my warning was a threat to your operations-”
“Had you known your place in this world perhaps you wouldn’t be on your way to the next one.”
“I thought you would reward you for my years of faithful service!”
If he only knew that the reward he’s going to receive is the same one I give all lost souls, he wouldn’t have been eager to give his to me years ago. “I am rewarding you for that service.” I say. “Before you leave this world, I want you to take a look at your eternal place of rest.”
With a thought I open a portal under the kneeling Hans. As steam rises from the lake of fire, Hans peers down at the uncountable amount of tormented souls burning in the azure flames. Tears stream from Hans’ eyes as he makes a desperate plea for his life. “LORD, PLEASE HAVE MERCY!”
“If you had given your life to Him maybe He would have some on you.”
“Lord please- AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”
I laugh hearing Hans wail as he falls into the lake of fire. Once I see his body disintegrate in the steam from the flames and watch his soul fall into the Lake of Fire, Edgar gives me an indifferent look. “I’ll have maintenance clean this up.”
“Good.” I say closing the portal to Hell. We’ll want the conference room ready for my new head of the Illuminati.”

This was the statement quoted by an so-called elite member of society conspiracy theorists say wants to establish The New World Order.
During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic a lot of conspiracy theorists were saying that this group of elites engineered the pandemic to create The Great Reset, where they would change the world’s economic system so they could establish The New World Order. According to the conspiracy theorists, these elites in government, big business and media are part of an Illuminati who control the world system. And that group of the world’s so-called richest and most powerful men want to consolidate their power by taking away our freedom as they established their one world government where they ruled over us and we owned nothing.
As I was listening to these conspiracy theorists talk about how the elite want to take away our freedom over the course of The Pandemic I didn’t panic. Instead, I went to The Word Of God. And I realized that these elites are no different than the Pharisees and The Sadducees Jesus encountered in The Bible. Like their descendants, the elites of today made a deal with The Devil to their control the nations in their world system.
I thought that a confrontation with the Illuminati would fit organically into the overreaching story arc I was planning for the John Haynes series. After the events of John Haynes: Godbreaker where John picked up Thor’s hammer and nearly beat him to death with it, I thought it was time for him to be confronted by Lucifer’s Elite in The Illuminati. Being given control over the world system by Lucifer, they would have an issue with John battling the supernatural threats like God Katious, Dracula, and Thor and defeating them.
Hans Schmidt, the head of the Illuminati sees John Haynes as a threat to his power in the world. And because he’s caught up in Satan’s world system he’s out to neutralize him. When he challenges John in his Secret Citadel he thinks he has all the power because he thinks he controls the world.
Hans thinks that because he is a powerful White man who controls the world system John will submit to him because he is Black. However, John is not invested in this world. He is invested in God. And because he is invested in Christ, he understands that this wicked man has no power. And because he trusts in God he is able to overcome him and break him like a potter’s vessel.
While many conspiracy theorists fear these so-called Elites who make up the Illumnati, they are nothing to the true ruler of this world, Jesus Christ. Jesus in His Word tells us to be of good cheer when we hear of these wicked men and their plans, because he has overcome these men in the world on The Cross. And because their system is built from clay on the sands of His Earth, he can easily dash those nations like a potter’s vessel like He did the Egyptian, Babylonian, and Roman Empires that came before them.
These elites want to tell everyone in the world they will own nothing and be happy. However, as they enjoy making people miserable on earth have taken the one thing they own for granted: Their Souls. As they have gained the whole world from The Devil, they lost the most precious thing they own. When they die and leave this world, they will be the ones who will own nothing and be miserable in the pit of Hell with their father, The Devil. And as they wail and gnash their teeth, they will moan as their empire crumbles in the dust the same way Egypt, Babylon, and Rome did.
Seeing so many giving power to these elites with their conspiracy theories, I decided to put fingers to the Keyboard and write John Haynes: Illuminati. As I wrote this story, I understood that in these dark times we need to stop fearing the power of these men and put our trust in the power of God.
Psalms 24:1 tell us that the Earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof. And the 50th Psalms tells us that Jesus knows where everything is on this planet. So there is no reason for anyone to get caught up in the rhetoric of these so-called elites who want to tell us they control everything in this world. Our Father has overcome these wicked men. And because we have his assurance with his death on The Cross we have no reason to fear these sad, pathetic men.
