“Elenore Anne Hawkins, will you do us the honor of marrying us? Being, not just our consort or paramour, but our wife?” Cesare said.
I nodded, feeling the tears on my face. “Yes,” I squeaked, being pulled into hugs by both my guys.
“Well, then. Let’s get to San Francisco before your Dragon egg hatches,” smiled Cesare. Then he frowned and looked at Quill. “What the hell are we going to do with a full-sized dragon?”
“Make it part of our family,” smiled Quill, standing. “Besides, it should stay small for the first fifty years. When it hits toddler hood is when it grows.”
“Oh, I can’t wait,” I drawled.
“It will be interesting,” nodded Quill, missing the sarcasm. “It’s been thousands of years since a dragon was born. We are honored.”
“We’re something,” muttered Cesare as I squeezed his hand and we walked through the portal back to the Bay.
“Awww,” cooed Fizzy.
“Take the damn potion,” both men yelled. Cesare pushed the bottle into my hand and I opened it and drank. As Fizzy faded, I had to admit, a part of me would miss her.
She winked, “Don’t worry, sweetie. I’ll be back.”
Fuck.
