Creed 3: Undercover, page 2
He caught her down the hall. “Donatella,” he called from behind.
Her steps halted. She turned around, locked eyes with him, and smiled. Her smile was disarming. Her full lips framed crisp white teeth, and her eyes lit up like the Eiffel Tower at night.
“Yes? Did I leave something behind?”
Lincoln slowed his steps to a stalk. He moved as close to her as he could without being creepy. “Yes, you did. You left me behind.”
He stood over her, forcing her to raise her head, and inhaled the sweet scent of honey and spearmint. His dick swelled, and there was a tingle to his skin that almost threatened his manhood. He was a big, bad Army Ranger, but Donatella was reducing him to a teenage boy who couldn’t control his hard-on.
He shifted, hoping his growing cock would land in a comfortable spot.
“I left you behind?” she asked with a sexy smirk.
“Yes.”
She batted her long lashes and shifted her weight to one leg. No matter what she did to conceal her desire, her demeanor indicated that she was just as hot for him as he was for her.
Lincoln scratched the bristly hairs that covered his jaw and worked to figure out his next words. Thankfully, before he could come up with a sufficient line, she asked, “I’m still on duty. My partner dropped me off. Can I get a ride back to my job?”
Lincoln wrinkled his brow. “On duty? Are you a cop too?”
“I am. You didn’t know that?”
“Actually, no. I knew Bella had a twin, but I didn’t know you were a cop too.”
“Oh, well… yeah, I am. But I work undercover, brother-in-law. So, don’t tell anybody.”
Lincoln grinned. “It’ll be our little secret, officer.”
“Detective,” she corrected.
“My bad, Detective. Come. Follow me. I’ll drop you off.”
She grinned and raised a brow. “I asked you to give me a ride, not drop me off, Colonel Creed.”
Lincoln lowered himself and leaned closer to her. “Ah, Detective. I see you’ve done your research. You know my life.”
“Well, I am a detective,” she reminded with a smirk. “I’m paid to be nosy.”
Lincoln laughed and placed his hand to her lower back, mainly because he wanted to touch her, and guided her toward the elevator.
After a twenty-minute drive filled with stimulating conversation and a whole lot of flirting, they were on the west side, making a left turn on Fillmore. Less than forty feet from the corner was a guard shack manned by a uniformed Chicago police officer. Lincoln drove until he was in front of an automated guardrail. He looked over at Donatella, disappointed that he’d reached the end of the line. But after one wave to the cop, the rail rose.
Lincoln drove past the checkpoint. Donatella guided him to a parking lot protected by privacy fence with barbed wire.
“Park here,” she told him, pointing to a parking spot facing a huge concrete wall.
Once he parked, he looked over at her and waited for further instructions.
“Wanna see where I work?”
Truthfully, he didn’t. He’d rather see where she lived.
Lincoln looked up at the old, brick building that surely had asbestos issues and wondered why the city of Chicago didn’t treat their cops better. However, he’d been in worst shitholes. If he had to hang a bit in order to get closer to her, he would tour her workplace.
“Sure.” He did his best to seem enthusiastic.
Donatella chuckled. She was an intuitive woman. She surely knew he was full of shit.
“I’m just going to grab some stuff from my locker. It won’t take long.”
Victor nodded and turned the engine off. He hopped out and walked around to open her door, but she was already climbing out.
“A gentleman, huh?”
“At first,” Lincoln admitted through a chuckle.
She laughed and grabbed him by the arm, pulling him toward a tiny door in the corner of the building. Once they reached the door, she entered a code, and they entered the small lobby. They passed the cop sitting behind a window and made their way to a turnstile. Donatella placed her hand in a palm reader. When the lock clicked, she pulled the door open.
“Shit, this is like going into the Pentagon,” Lincoln quipped.
She laughed and held the door open for him. “This is the Organized Crime building. It’s where all the undercovers work—vice, intelligence, narcotics, and so forth. That’s why everything is so secretive. Years ago, this was a Sears warehouse. At one point, it was very covert, but now every thug in Chicago knows what this building is. They’d love to get a look at the undercovers. That’s the reason for the guard shack, the covered fences, and the high-tech security.”
“I see. So, will you get in trouble for bringing me inside?”
Donatella smiled and gestured for him to follow her down the hall. “Well, Colonel, I would suspect that you have higher governmental clearance than anyone in this building. You could probably ban me from this place if you wanted.”
Lincoln couldn’t help but laugh. Donatella was not only beautiful, but she was clever and witty.
“You might be right, Detective.”
“Do me a favor. Call me Donna. Everybody calls me Donna.”
“Naw. I ain’t everybody. I like Donatella.”
“Don’t mean I’ll answer,” she scoffed.
Lincoln grabbed her forearm, tugged her around to face him, and placed his hand against the small of her back. He pulled her close his body and looked down at her, into her beautiful eyes. “I’ll teach you to answer to it.”
When she reached up and placed her soft hand to his jaw, his body instantly reacted.
She pushed herself against his manhood. “I love to be taught,” she whispered seductively. “I’m like a sponge, more than willing to suck… in all the knowledge that I can.”
Lincoln raised a brow. “You are quite brazen, Donatella Devereaux.”
She grinned and moved even closer.
God, she was sexy.
“No, what I am is a grown-ass woman. Life is too short for me to pretend that my virtue won’t allow me to have something I want.”
“And you want?”
“An hour or two,” she responded.
Lincoln was a bit thrown off and definitely turned on by her brash response. Donatella seemed to know herself, didn’t bother putting on any airs. She oozed confidence, and he found that incredibly attractive. Shamefully, he only had one night to give to women that tried to play at being coy.
“An hour or two? Is that all you require?”
“For now,” she replied with a wink.
She stepped out of his grasp and continued down the hall. And like a dog in heat, Lincoln followed, watching the bounce of her beautiful ass along the way.
They took an elevator to the 2nd floor. She walked over to what she called the 24hr desk and spoke to a plain-clothes cop with super long blonde hair. The woman was staring at him past Donatella throughout the brief conversation. He would’ve assumed she was just doing her job until she winked and licked her lips.
Lincoln cleared his throat and looked away. He spied a trophy case and walked over to it. Inside were a few 1st and 2nd place trophies for the police versus the fire department in softball, football, and boxing tournaments.
“Wait here, Colonel. I’ll be right back,” Donatella called out before pushing through a set of double doors.
He nodded and returned his attention to the trophy case. Behind one of the boxing trophies were two photos that grabbed his attention. In one, Donatella was sporting boxing gloves, posing with a trophy in her arms. The very same trophy on display in the case. The second was a photo of her in a bikini holding a number card over her head. Lincoln smiled. Her versatility was intriguing.
The sound of the double doors pulled his attention from the photos.
“Come on. The coast is clear,” Donatella called out from the doorway.
Lincoln frowned and followed her through the doors down a long hallway. “The coast?”
“Yeah, this is where the undercovers work. We’re not supposed to bring civilians in here.”
Lincoln scoffed. It was strange being called a civilian, but in Donatella’s world, he was. In his world, she was the civilian.
“Well, aren’t you the rebel?” he joshed.
She grabbed his hand. “That’s me.”
She pulled him down a hall. She took a left, and then a right. It was like being in a maze. After a minute or two of walking, Lincoln realized it would take a while if he tried to get out on his own.
“Where are you taking me, lady?”
She looked up at him with a grin. “What? This is your tour.”
“Of walls?” Lincoln mused.
She giggled.
“We’re almost there,” she assured.
After a few more turns, she was entering a code on, yet another, keypad. After she was granted access, they entered into what looked like an outer office. It was a large room covered with institutional beige. There were about ten desks spread out about the room, some in cubicles.
Donatella led him to a cubicle. “Welcome to my corner office,” she joked.
Lincoln chuckled. “Why is it so empty here? Where is everyone?”
“Well, Narcotics works in shifts. The night shift has already hit the streets, the bosses work days and have weekends off, and so do the civilian administrative staff. So, it’s just you and me, Colonel.” She smirked. “You scared to be alone with me?”
“Hardly.” Lincoln scoffed, looking around the tiny cubicle. “But I have a feeling that I should be.”
Judging by the pictures on the wall behind her desk, she really loved her family. Lincoln moved closer to peruse candid shots of her, Bella, and a couple he assumed was her parents.
Donatella moved to take a seat in the chair behind her desk. It didn’t go unnoticed when she purposely brushed up against him, rubbing her soft tits against his back. Before she sat, Lincoln was able to get a whiff of her perfume. It was light and feminine. He found himself grinning, but he didn’t turn around.
“Good looking family,” he mused aloud.
“Thanks. So is yours.”
“You think so, huh?”
“Ain’t seen an ugly Creed yet, Colonel,” she muttered through a chuckle.
Lincoln abandoned the wall of photos and took a seat in a chair next to her desk.
“Well, thank you, Detective Devereaux.”
“Mm-hm.” She opened her bottom drawer and pulled out a bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey. “Can I offer you a drink?”
Lincoln was surprised by her choice of drink. He didn’t see any ice nor anything that could serve as a chaser. So, he assumed she planned on drinking it straight.
She grabbed two plastic cups from the same drawer and placed them on her desk. She took the top off and poured herself a sizeable portion.
“Well?” she asked, holding the bottle over the other cup.
Lincoln nodded. After the night they’d had with his brother and her sister getting shot, he could definitely use a drink. And…there was no way he was about to let the tiny woman outdrink him.
After pouring his drink, they toasted to family and tossed them back.
A few drinks and a lot of laughter later, Lincoln was really enjoying Donatella’s company. She had a fun, easygoing disposition, and a raunchy sense of humor. It was like drinking with one of the guys, except for one gigantic difference. The more time he spent with her, the harder his cock pushed against his zipper. He was certain that never happened when hanging out with the fellas.
In a short amount of time, Lincoln had found himself more than content spending time with her. He had absolutely no expectations as to where the night would lead. But he definitely wasn’t disappointed. Because three-quarters of the bottle later, he was cock-buried deep in her tight pussy, fucking the little rebel on top of her commander’s desk.
Lincoln had worried that the night shift would return to their office, but Donatella was insatiable. She loved to cum, and he loved making her cum. And he did over and over until she finally collapsed across her boss’ desk.
After a brief rest with very little conversation, she showed him to the men’s room where he could clean up. It didn’t take him long because he’d been planning to go back to Lucas’ for a shower. And, if he were to be honest, he wasn’t exactly eager about scrubbing the sweet scent of her arousal from his face and cock. So, he took a piss, washed his hands, and left the facilities.
He entered the hall and leaned against the wall while waiting for Donatella. When she finally emerged, she’d donned the sexiest of grins. No bullshit, after all the work he’d put in, he was actually fighting another hard-on. And the fact that she rushed into his arms, pushing her body against his, didn’t help.
“Wow, Colonel,” she gushed breathlessly.
“Wow, Detective,” Lincoln countered, gripping her by the waist, pulling her closer.
“We gotta go. The team will be up any minute, and so will the commander. I don’t wanna be here when he sees the mess we made of his desk.
“Come on. I’ll take you home,” he told her.
“Nah. My car is in the lot. I’m good. Come on. I’ll show you out.”
Donatella grabbed his hand and led him to the elevator. Once they reached their designated floor, she directed him through the maze and out the same door they’d entered. He was still holding her soft hand as she led him to her car, a black Dodge Charger with dual exhausts. He wasn’t surprised by the car she was driving. It said a lot about her—stylish, powerful, and unapologetic.
She used a key fob to open the door, tossed a backpack in the back seat, and hopped in the driver’s seat. “Will you call me?” she asked.
Somehow, Lincoln got the impression that she wouldn’t have cared either way. If he wasn’t so sure that he’d put it on her the right way, his ego would’ve been severely damaged.
“Of course, I’ll call. I missed that beautiful ass as soon as you planted it in the seat.”
Donatella smiled and closed the car door. She turned the key and revved the engine. Lincoln figured that was his cue to walk away. He went back to his car, wondering if he’d ever hear from Donatella Devereaux again.
He didn’t.
The next three days, he’d called her several times, only to be sent to voicemail. He’d even stooped so low as to call her sister. It was only then that he found out she’d been assigned to a long-term undercover mission, and she would be inaccessible.
Lincoln could have located her. After all, he was a high-ranking soldier with a security clearance that very few had. However, he’d never had to chase a woman before, and he wasn’t going to start with Donatella. Ultimately, it wouldn’t have mattered. He was deployed to the Middle East on a recon mission. There would be no point calling her if he was unable to see her, unable to reenact their night of explosive sex.
Lincoln didn’t know if she was still unreachable because of some bullshit undercover mission, but he hoped like hell he would see her at the barbeque. He wanted another whiff, another taste. He wanted, badly, to be buried in her warmth once again.

Donatella
“Thanks, babe,” Zach said, accepting the plate Donatella made him. “Your sister is an amazing cook.”
“Please,” Donna scoffed. “Bella couldn’t cook her way out of an oven. Her friend, NiYah, the medical examiner, cooked all this shit.”
“Medical examiner? Ewe. That’s dark,” he remarked with a frown. “Don’t matter anyway. As long as Bella is as fine as you, she ain’t never gotta cook.”
Donna rolled her eyes. Zach was acting like a typical twin chaser. His behavior was bordering pathetic and unattractive. Other than their physical appearance, she and Belladonna had absolutely nothing in common. Admittedly, Bella was more grounded. She was the good daughter that had dinner with their parents at least once a month. Bella got married when she was expected, to a handsome, strong, reliable black man. As far as Donatella was concerned, Bella was taking up the slack. Her sister was the perfect daughter that she couldn’t be for her parents. She deserved to be happy.
But sadly, the fairytale hadn’t worked out for Bella with her husband. No matter how handsome and perfect on paper he was, it didn’t change the fact that he was gay. So, she winded up falling in love with the governor’s baby brother, a white dude from corporate America.
Donatella laughed out loud at her hypocrisy. She, herself, was feeling a privileged white boy. She had also spent some time with the governor’s brother. Lincoln Creed had blown her whole fucking mind. It was not at all what she expected from the West Point graduate, the All-American soldier.
They’d only spent a few hours together. Yet, he was able to rock her world in such a short amount of time. The conversation flowed effortlessly and his enormous dick was like a wand that created beautiful magic. She’d hoped to see him again, feel him again. He’d promised to call, and he did. Unfortunately, she was sent under the very next day. Now, she continuously found herself scanning Bella’s backyard, hoping to see him.
“Donna!” her sister called from behind.
When she turned, Bella was waving her over. Donatella stood and mumbled, “I’ll be back.”
“I love the hair,” Bella complimented when she made it over to her.
“Thanks.”
Donna’s hair had grown out of the pixie cut into a chin-length bob. Unlike Bella, whose jet-black hair was always long and straight, she frequently changed her hairstyles. Whereas her sister’s look was always traditionally Native, her looks changed depending upon whatever criminal organization she was trying to infiltrate.
“Nice party.” Donna discreetly scanned the yard again for Lincoln. “The yard looks amazing. When did you do all this?”
“I didn’t,” Bella admitted. “Lucas did all the landscaping.”
