Three Against All (Peyton Pointe Book 1), page 13
“Take off my shirt.”
I unbuttoned his dress shirt, hanging it up next to my clothes in what would soon be our closet. I could feel his eyes on my ass when I turned toward the closet. It made me feel bolder. I undid his belt and let his slacks fall to the floor. “And now?”
He smirked and then took my face in his hands, kissing me roughly, his stubble scratching my skin in delicious contrast. “And now, I’m going to fuck you.”
Suddenly he was everywhere, all his calm and commanding demeanor shifting into something altogether wild. His mouth, his hands. He backed me up until my knees hit the edge of the bed. He picked me up, my legs automatically wrapping around his waist, and then he laid me out on the cool white sheets.
He kissed my chest, my stomach, my ribs. He put his hand over my center, scraping his teeth over my hip bone, causing me to arch into his attention. “Are you sore, baby?” He licked me through my lace panties and I fisted my hands in his dark hair. “Answer me, Roe.” He scraped the other hip, making me hiss. “Tell me if you’re still sore from fucking my best friend.”
The stern tone in his voice and his wicked words only made me hotter. “Yes, a little.” I knew he wasn’t mad. I knew he wasn’t jealous. He was being Finn, looking the elephant in the room head on and telling it to fuck off.
He used both hands, ripping my panties in two and then tossing them behind him to the floor. He licked me again, this time with nothing between us. He slid two fingers inside my core, expertly using his tongue on my clit. “You taste so good, baby. I missed this sweet pussy last night.” He hummed in appreciation, the sound giving me goosebumps.
I kept my hands in his hair, holding him in place. Everything he did felt amazing, always, I was already so close to the edge. Finn was different in every way from Holden. The way he touched me, the way he talked to me. The way he loved me. “Fuck, Finn, don’t stop.” I arched off the bed again, seconds away from—
“No ma’am.” I cried out when he sat back on his heels, smirking, licking my wetness from his lush mouth. “You asked me to show you the difference between Holden fucking this sweet pussy and me doing it, didn’t you?” I bit my lower lip, nodding as my belly clenched with anticipation. “Then that’s exactly what I’m going to do.” He pulled off his briefs and fisted his dick, looming over me, larger than life.
He didn’t bother with protection either. I knew we were being slightly reckless, but I couldn’t find it in me to care. They were end game for me, there would never be another man in my life. I didn’t care about consequences: they were inevitable anyway.
I was shaking. I didn’t mean to, and I wasn’t nervous. It was a big step, my second big step in as many days. It felt like the first time all over again, because really, it was. I met his eyes and he smirked, sexy and in charge, dipping down to steal a kiss as he entered my body. I inhaled sharply. I was sore from last night. He kissed my lips, my neck, my collarbone. He whispered against the shell of my ear, “Breathe for me, baby.”
I let out a long exhale and he started to pump in and out, slowly. Gently. He may have said he was going to fuck me, but I knew he was afraid to hurt me. Afraid that I was still too sore from Holden. I didn’t want him to hold back, I didn’t want him to be careful. I wanted Finn, I wanted his wild, like I’d said from the beginning.
“Fuck. Finn. Don’t stop.” It wasn’t until I was matching his thrusts, scraping my nails down his back, begging for more, that he lost control. The muscles in his arms were straining, his veins popping out. He was so hot, so raw.
He nipped at my collarbone. “God, Roe. You’re so fucking perfect.” He gripped my ass in his hands, lifting me slightly, changing the angle and making me see stars. “Just like that, baby. Scream for me.” He was panting, his words coming between his ragged breaths. I cried out his name as I clenched around him. My orgasm came fast and unexpected. It was overpowering, taking control of us both. “Fuck. Roe.” I felt his whole body tense on top of mine, I felt him pulse inside of me. His release so strong it sent new shock waves coursing through my center.
He stayed on top of me, stayed inside of me. He was peering down, watching me try to catch my breath beneath him. “Well?”
“Well what?” I was confused by his question. It wasn’t my fault he’d blown my damn mind.
“How was it? In comparison. That’s what you wanted to know, right?”
I swallowed and licked my lips. He didn’t sound mad or jealous, he rarely did when it came to things like this. “It was different. It was amazing, in a different way.”
He did a push-up, placing his lips on mine and then rolling off me, out of me. “See. I told you. We’re different people, H and I. It’s not better, it’s not worse. Just different.”
He was right. Holden had been gentle and fun. We’d laughed right up until we’d had sex. We laughed as soon as it was over. It was good, it was great. Holden was gorgeous and sexy and his body was the stuff wet dreams were made of, long and toned. Finn was serious and dirty. It was hard and demanding. It was good, it was great.
They were different and I was the lucky girl who got to have them both.
Chapter Eighteen
Holden
“Today was a busy day, guys. We bought a house, we put an offer in on a space for the newest hottest club in Atlanta, and Roe lost her Finn virginity.” I took a sip of my whiskey. “Productive. That’s what you call days like today.” Finn and Roe both stared at me, blinking. “What?”
Roe stood. “I need a refill. Anyone else?”
Finn and I both said yes at the same time, watching her tight ass as she strutted across the room toward the bar. “Too soon? Should I not joke about the sex thing?”
“Eh, I think it’s fine.” Finn, Roe, and I had spent the last three hours with Preston Archer. We’d looked at four warehouse spaces before we’d found the right one. It was old, run-down, and needed a shit-ton of work. However, the location was prime. There was no way it wouldn’t be a success. “My dad should be here any minute though, so maybe let’s lay off the subject for now.”
“I’d assume not much in life would surprise Preston. But I hear ya.” About five minutes after I’d left the house with our agent I’d gotten a text from Finn. Short, sweet, and to the point, per the usual.
Taking Roe upstairs. Give me an hour.
I had to have lunch with our boring-ass real estate agent, that was the only part that pissed me off. I knew Roe would be curious, like I knew Finn would be horny. Put two and two together? I figured they’d go at it pretty quickly once we got to Atlanta.
“So where is your dad taking us?” Roe sat a tray down on our little table. We were hanging out in the bar at the Ritz, waiting on Finn’s father to come downstairs.
“Some club. He wants to show us what, in his opinion, will be our biggest competition.” Finn sipped his whiskey, relaxed in his chair like he owned this joint too. “Apparently, the place we’re going to makes a killing and always has a line wrapped around the block.”
Roe was sitting between us, Finn’s arm resting behind her back and my hand high up on her knee. People were staring. We weren’t home. We weren’t in school, and Roe seemed to like the attention. It was fun to watch and sexy as hell. “I have to say, I am a big fan of Atlanta Roe Boat.”
She turned to me, head cocked and eyes narrowed. “As opposed to your lukewarm feelings for Peyton Pointe Roe Boat?”
I snorted. “You’re funnier here too.” I squeezed her thigh, moving my grip closer to the hem of her dress. “We’re both touching you. At the same time, in public. And you aren’t shying away, aren’t avoiding people’s stares. In fact, I think you look downright pleased with yourself, babe.” Finn grinned but didn’t say anything. Another woman walked by, staring at the three of us. Roe met her gaze, smiling wickedly. “See. You did it again. You little minx.”
She rolled her eyes. “I have no idea what you’re talking about, Holden.” She did so, our gorgeous little liar. I was about to call her out, test my theory, but Preston walked up looking like an older version of his son.
“You three ready to have some fun?”
I stood, helping Roe to her feet and winking at Preston. “Sir, let me assure you, we’ve already had quite a bit of fun today.”
Finn polished off his whiskey before placing it down on the table, putting his hand on Roe’s back. “Some of us more than others.” He guided our girl out of the bar, sending me a smirk over his shoulder.
I tossed my head back, laughing. “Both my people got jokes in Atlanta.”
The four of us walked through the lobby and out to a waiting limo. Once we were all seated inside, I leaned forward, intrigued and ready to party. “So tell us about this club.” I wanted Preston to take us seriously. Roe and I didn’t already own lucrative businesses, we were only now starting to make our way in this world. A good relationship with Preston Archer would be great for our futures, and a successful nightclub would open a lot of doors for more investments.
He rested against his seat, unbuttoning his sport coat. “It’s called Distraction. Been open for about two years. Operating in the black after only about six months. Owned by a couple of brothers from Columbus. They hire supermodels and CrossFit gurus to bartender and waitress. Beautiful people in, beautiful people out.”
Roe was sitting between Finn and me, her long legs on display in her short red dress. Again, Finn’s arm was behind her along the edge of the seat and my hand was on her knee. She spoke up, addressing Mr. Archer. “What’s their angle? Why do people go? There are a dozen clubs with good music and hot bartenders. What draws the crowd?”
Preston studied Roe, glanced at his son, then me. He tilted his head to the side, like he wanted to comment on us. On the three of us, the way Roe was positioned between us with both our hands on her. Instead he kept to the safer topics. “The waitresses wear dresses that go see-through when black lights come on. As far as I hear, that’s the only thing that distinguishes them from the next club over.”
“So it’s like a game, a surprise. Always waiting for the next light show, hoping you’ll be inside when it happens?” Finn shrugged, a bored expression on his face. “I guess I can see the appeal. Seems borderline juvenile though. Who hasn’t seen a naked chick by the age of twenty-one?”
“I don’t think I’d wait in line for two hours to walk into a club so I could dance to house music, drink expensive liquor, and see some random girls in see-through dresses. There has to be something more to it.” I looked out the window when the limo came to a stop. Preston was right, there was a line around the block. There was no way all those people were waiting to get a glimpse of a partially naked woman. They could go to a high-end strip club ten minutes from here with no line and get fully nude plus a lap dance.
Roe reached into my pocket and pulled out her lip gloss, applying it without a mirror. I loved her lips, I even loved it when she made them all glossy. I didn’t care if it got on me. I’d let her cover my body in glitter if it meant she was touching me with those lips.
Roe rarely carried a bag when we went out. Why would she? She always had four pockets willing to hold her stuff. She handed it back to me before letting Finn help her out of the car. Preston and I followed, the four of us walking directly to the front door, bypassing the line altogether. It paid to know people in this town, and Mr. Archer knew them all.
The club was dark. Black walls, black tables and chairs. Black couches. But the art, the art was all neon and glow in the dark. Black lights hung above each large painting, making them come to life. The music was loud, and the dance floor was packed. A hostess appeared and led us to the VIP section. We sat on one couch, Finn and his father across from us in another.
“What can I get you to drink?” A waitress came out of nowhere the moment the hostess left. The service was clearly on point for their VIPs, which was always a plus. She was wearing a short white dress, her body banging.
After studying the leatherbound menu Roe smiled at our barely clothed waitress. “I’ll take a bottle of Dom Perignon.” Roe turned and whispered to us, “Our club will carry the high-end Krug.”
I put my hand on her thigh, pulling her tighter against me. “Only the best for our girl, right?” I leaned in and placed a kiss on her jaw. She didn’t pull away. She didn’t check to see who was watching. She did, however, let out a little moan, one that made me tighten my hold on her leg. “See what I mean? Atlanta Roe enjoys being touched in public.” I put my mouth next to her ear. “If Finn was sitting over here with us, what would you let him do?”
She laughed quietly, her breath soft against my skin. “You’re impossible, Holden Benedict.”
“So, what do you guys think? You’re young, would you come here?” Preston’s question caused Roe and me to separate.
Oh, right. Technically, we were working.
The waitress came back, carrying an ice bucket with Roe’s champagne and a tray with our whiskey. After Roe had a glass of bubbly in hand she stood. “Let me take a lap around, and I’ll let you know.” Finn started to stand, but she held her hand out to stop him. “I’ll be right back.”
Roe left our VIP seating area and headed into the middle of the club, our eyes tracking her every step. I glanced over at Finn and saw his jaw was clenched, his expression hard. His father on the other hand looked amused. “Is Finn going to be okay?”
I chuckled. “He’ll be fine. He’s protective, that son of yours.” I watched too, but not with Finn’s stressed-out murderous look. I knew he was silently daring anyone to touch her, to try to hurt her in any way. He’d be on them so fast their head would spin. Finn had always been the more protective one out of the three of us. Although, Roe getting drugged a few nights ago wasn’t far from my mind at the moment. I was keeping track of her as well.
Preston took a sip of his cocktail, then purposefully cleared his throat like he was trying to get my attention. “Finn, uh, told me about the three of you. Your, dynamic, if you will.”
My eyebrows rose in surprise. “Oh yeah? Well, consider yourself lucky because Finn never volunteers details about his private life.” I wanted to add, to virtual strangers, but I kept my mouth shut. Mr. Archer had been nothing but nice and supportive today.
“It makes sense, the three of you, and I can see it works.” When I didn’t answer him, he looked from me, back to his son, then down at his watch. “The hostess told me that the next light show starts at ten-thirty, which is about ninety seconds from now. If Roe’s not back before these lights go down, is my son going to go postal?”
I sighed and got to my feet. “Yes.”
I rounded the back of the couch and headed down into the heart of Distraction. People were dancing, packed together like sardines on the dance floor. The bars were busy: standing room only. From what I could see, the bartenders looked entertaining enough, throwing bottles around and doing tricks. I scanned the wide-open space and spotted Roe who was standing off to the side, the dance floor in front of her and the bar to her right. I made my way over, sliding between bodies the best I could.
“Lights go down in about sixty seconds, baby. If we aren’t back in that VIP area, Finn’s going to go crazy.”
She grinned, but kept her eyes on the dance floor. “Finn needs to calm down. We’re working. Preston wanted us to see this club, see what the big deal was.” She gestured to the painting to our right. “Those aren’t just any paintings. They’re people, painted with neon colors. See? They blend into their backgrounds, but move every so often.”
“Wow. I didn’t notice that when we walked in.” I wrinkled my nose. “To be honest they’re kind of freaking me out. It’s like those scary movies where the villain steps away from the wall.” I shivered.
Roe pointed to the dance floor. “The waitresses are positioning themselves in the crowd. It’s not naked chicks, it’s a show.”
I stood tall, catching Finn’s eye. I put my arm around Roe’s front and pulled her to me, letting him know I had her and that we were staying out here. I nodded to the dance floor and mouthed watch. Sure enough, not thirty seconds later the lighting changed. The black lights over the large canvases turned off, and huge ones came on over the dance floor. All the white dresses went see-through and the girls began to move.
They danced, choreographed and very naughty. They picked men out of the crowd, grinding on them. Roe started to do the same, dancing with her body glued to mine. I kissed her neck and spoke dirty words into her ear. I let my hand trail all over her sexy curves. I got lost in her. It was always so easy to do. I spun her to face me, filling my palms with her tight little ass. I threaded my fingers in her hair, tugging her head back. I wanted to lift her dress, I wanted to slip inside her, I wanted to know how wet she was. I could feel her body coiling tighter, filling with need. The floor show hit its intended mark. It was turning everyone on. It charged the air until we were all breathing in pure desire.
The crowd loved it. They ate it up. I wasn’t complaining either, although I was hard as a damn rock with no way to take care of it until we could get out of here. I scoffed to myself, silently wondering how many horny people went and fucked in the bathroom after this little exhibition was through. My girl wasn’t getting nailed in a dirty bathroom where anyone could hear her perfect little cries. Those were for me, for Finn. We’d never share with the dirty masses.
As soon as the song was over, the lights went back to the way they were and the girls walked off the floor like nothing had happened. I let my eyes search the crowd, taking in their flushed faces, their heaving chests. Every single one of the men was moments away from blowing their load. That was the appeal of a place like this.
