“Oh Tango…how can you love me? You know…you know what my stepbrother did. I’m broken…I’m so broken,” she sobbed.
“We’re all broken honey, some of us are broken in big pieces, easy to put back together. Others have a million little pieces that take time to be put back together. Doesn’t matter to me which you are. I want to be there for you Taylor…help you. Please don’t turn me away…please.”
“You said you love me…how…” Tango laughed and kissed her lips gently.
“I have no idea how my love, all I know is it happened and I’m not letting you go Taylor. I can’t baby…I just would die.” He held her while she cried in his arms, rubbing soft, lazy circles on her back. “Come back with me…you don’t have to stay in the barn…stay in my house. Please.”
“Okay,” she nodded. “Okay Tango.”
