"Treasure to sort and protect, a pond to put back, a party, my father's health to look after…and you. I think that's plenty to keep me busy."
He gave me a little squeeze. And then a kiss.
I kissed him back.
Cesar tried to push between us, wagging his tail. He gave a great howl of annoyance when we were pressed too close together for him to fit.
