Goliath's Mate (G-Force Federation Book 3), page 23
“I wasn’t planning anything. I only agreed to keep you here until they showed up,” he explained. “I just wanted to question you and see what you knew.” He dragged his hands through his hair. “I was wrong about every damn thing.”
Camara looked into his mate’s eyes, seeing the truth of his words. “When did you stop thinking I had anything to do with your sire’s death?”
“When you showed up here and after I had your ship searched.”
“Dammit, Goliath. Why didn’t you just ask me when we were on Kirion 526?”
“You mean the day you snuck into my room, threatened and kissed me before leaving me with a fucking hard on?”
Camara pursed his lips, trying his best not to laugh. He remembered how badly he wanted to go back and have Goliath fuck him.
“Let’s make a new deal,” Camara said.
“All right, I’m listening.”
“No more keeping things from each other, keeping shit from you was killing me and usually I’m all for secrecy. But with you it is different.”
“Agreed.” Goliath circled his waist and pulled him close. “I’m realizing that there are a lot of things I can’t do with you.”
“Such as?” Camara asked with interest.
“The whole sex with benefits thing, it was a dumb idea. I know why Halldor and Shuzaron looked at me like I was an idiot.”
“Then we can be idiots together.” Camara wrapped his arms around Goliath’s neck, wondering if he should tell his mate about the contract. They’d made a pledge not to keep things from each other only moments ago.
“Still mad at me?”
Goliath leaned down, brushing their lips together, kissing him gently. Camara shook his head as he titled it to the side, accepting more of his mates sweet kisses. Goliath’s hands and mouth slowly roaming over his body.
“How can I stay mad at you when you’re touching me like this?”
Goliath hummed, seemingly pleased with himself that he’d distracted Camara from them having a fight. The alpha gargoyle pushed his back against the closet wall, then reached down and grabbed Camara’s legs around his waist. He ground their erection together making Camera gasp and tilted his head to the side. Goliath scraped his teeth along his neck, making him shiver.
“Goliath,” Camara whimpered. “Please don’t make me wait.”
Camara wasn’t in the mood for foreplay. His arsehole quivered with need and his omega slick was starting to soak his pants. Goliath set Camara’s legs down and stepped back.
“Take your pants off,” he ordered and Camara obeyed instantly. His alpha licked his lips when he saw what Camara wore under his clothes. Black silk panties with a matching garter belt attached to lace thigh-high stockings. “Leave on the garter and stocking.”
“As you wish, my Alpha,” he said breathlessly.
Once they were both undressed Goliath grabbed him by his hips and whirled him around pressing him into the wall. The wall was cold against his hot flesh. Goliath trailed his tongue from the crack of Camara’s up the spine of his back stopping at the neck.
“You make me want to eat you up.” Goosebumps prickled his skin hearing Goliath’s deep and husky voice in his ear.
“Don’t hold back, my Alpha.”
“I don’t plan to.”
Goliath kicked Camara’s legs apart and pulled his hips out. Camara braced his arms against the wall. He arched his back, moaning wantonly when Goliath inserted his fingers inside of him. He felt the twist of Goliath’s fingers and couldn’t hold back his moan when it rubbed against his prostate. Camara’s hips jerked and his cock bobbed between his legs.
“Oh fuck,” Camara whimpered. “Please.”
“Do you know how sexy you look right now? I’m so hot for you, my knot is already forming and I’m not inside of you.”
“Shit,” Camara breathed out. His mouth watered, wanting Goliath to enter him in that moment. Feeling his knot stretching him wide. “Give it to me.”
“Give you what?”
“Your cock, your knot. I want to feel it tearing me open.”
“Fuck,” Goliath moaned.
Camara felt the head of Goliath’s cock press against his hole. His knees almost buckled when he pushed the head in, joining his fingers. His nails scrapped against the wall as his mate stretched him open with his knotted cock, removing his fingers one by one.
“So full,” Camara whispered, feeling Goliath’s deep inside of him. He felt as if he couldn’t breathe.
Goliath grabbed his hair tightly, pulling on his scalp and started pounding in his ass without inhibition. Camara was lost in a haze of lust. His mate’s dominating scent wrapped around him, stealing more of his breath.
“Harder,” he begged. Feeling his insides burn with need and his mind lost all focus.
Goliath fucked him hard and fast. His knot rubbing against his prostate, bringing him more pleasure than he could have imagined.
“Mine,” Goliath chanted with each thrust, claiming Camara’s arse. He released Camara’s hair and grabbed both of his arms, pinning them to the center of his back. The action caused him to bend over a little more, changing the position of Goliath’s cock pounding inside of him.
Camara’s cock slapped against his lower abs, making him moan loud and wantonly.
“Go…need…”
“I’m close too, baby.”
Goliath leaned down and bit on the nape of his neck, pulling a howl from Camara’s lips as cum shot from his cock onto the closet wall. Goliath wasn’t far behind him, calling out his name as hot cum gushed inside of him, searing his walls. Goliath’s cock didn’t stop its assault on his arse while they were both coming. His knot felt as if it grew larger inside of him. Goliath released his arms and grabbed him around his waist.
“I’m not done with you yet, minx.”
Camara couldn’t speak and simply moaned and enjoyed being fucked by his mate once more.
Camara was laying with his head on Goliath’s chest as his alpha’s fingers lazily caressed his hair. He was happy and was pleasantly fucked by his mate who knew how to use the cock he was blessed with.
“You sound happy.”
“And you sound proud of yourself.” Camara lifted his head to look at Goliath. The man was sexy—he could see why Bright was drawn to the alpha not only for his looks but for the silent power he exhumed.
“I am proud of myself.” Goliath looked down at him. “I’ve found a way to make you bend to my will.”
“Yeah, how?”
Goliath cupped his cheeks and brushed their lips together, pulling him into a slow, sweet, and mind-boggling kiss.
“That’s how,” he whispered, leaning back. “Kiss you until you forget your own name.”
“I don’t think it worked,” Camara said. “I can still think.”
“Really?” He drawled, quirking a brow. “I guess I need to find a new method then.”
Camara chuckled. “As long as I’m the one those methods are for, I say, keep trying.”
He kissed Goliath once more and went back to rest his head on his large chest and his mate’s fingers went back to caressing his hair. They were silent for a few minutes while Camara thought of a way to bring up an important matter.
“I think you should forgive Emissary Bright for the part he played in your father’s death,” Camara blurted out. He looked up when Goliath didn’t say anything. “Did you hear me?”
“I heard you, I’m just trying to reason why you’d care about a man you almost killed.”
Camara growled and pinched Goliath on his nipple. “I wasn’t trying to kill him.”
“Fine, you were trying to scare him, so why do you care if I forgive him or not?”
Camara sighed, hoping he could make Goliath see reason. “Because I would have done the same if it were you being tortured and the only way to save you is to give them what they wanted. Unless they are heartless, no one can stand by and watch their mate on the brink of death.”
Goliath sighed and kissed him on his forehead. “Let me think about it.”
“But…”
“I’m not saying yes or no baby. I just need time to reason out my feelings. I’ve wanted to find out what really happened for so long I built up the notion you were involved when you had nothing to do with it, and now that I know the truth, I don’t know how to feel.”
“Okay, I can understand that.” He kissed Goliath on his chest and went to get up but was stopped by the other man.
“Where are you going?”
“I can tell you’re sleepy, so I was going to get started on…”
He didn’t get to finish what he was going to say because Goliath pulled him down on top of him and wrapped his arms around Camara’s neck. “You’re not going anywhere.”
“I’m not?”
“No, there’s a new method I want to try.”
“Oh, really?”
“Yes,” Goliath answered, waggling his brows.
“Well then, carry on, my admiral.”
Goliath took his lips, letting him forget everything else for the rest of the night.
“Computer, check the most wanted list for Damian Wasuki, bypass the normal requirements and search through the Oriana system.”
Camara was on the Newton using a program that he’d used over the years to find most of the hardest criminals roaming that galaxy. He had been trying to figure out the real identity for the past couple of days and was growing frustrated that he hadn’t made any progress.
“Even with the glitch, whoever did the reconstruction did a good job to hide his identity.”
Camara knew his brother searched the database for Damian Wasuki but he wanted to do it again in case he’d missed something. As far as he knew, the federation didn’t use the Oriana system to search for criminals. This system was used mostly by bounty hunters and black marketers to gather information.
“Damian Wasuki does not register in the Oriana database,” The computer said a few seconds later.
“Okay, let’s try a face match.” He placed the chip down on the console and the image of Wasuki appeared. “Can you do a face match without the nanites?”
“Negative.”
“Why the fuck not?”
“Nanite technology merges itself with the object it comes in contact with changing the physiology of the structure.”
“Fuck, so how do we do this then?” Camara glared at the image. “What did you look like before you got a facial reconstruction? What and who the hell are you?” As he said the words, an idea popped into his head. “Computer, is it possible to reconstruct the image from its origin? Can you find out what they looked like as a child?”
“Affirmative.”
“Perfect. How long will it take?”
“Approximately two thousand eight hundred and eight minutes.”
“Why the hell can’t you just say two fucking days?” Camara grumbled. “Alert me when it’s done.”
Camara stood and looked around the Newton. The ship had its own hangar bay and sat beside the N-2 as Diante dubbed it, which stood for Newton Two. It had been awhile since he’d set foot on his ship. Not since they got on the Nijara. He’d inspected the outside but not the inside to see how bad the damages were. He’d left Allack to take care of things while he concentrated on building his connection to his mate.
A smile crossed his lips thinking about Goliath. He’d been doing that a lot more since he’d accepted things as they were. He still hadn’t told Goliath about the mating contract, Camara reasoned that it should be Ellrain’s responsibility to tell her son. Camara was about to step off the Newton when he noticed Ellrain and a guy he’d seen on the ship but never spoke to. He ducked back into the ship and stayed hidden when he saw the man grab Ellrain by the waist, pulling her close to him.
Oh hell, they are together. Goliath is going to lose his shit.
“Ell we need to tell him, I can’t keep dodging his calls.”
“I know, Zuriel,” Ellrain answered. “I just need you to give me some time to tell him about us.”
“What are you so afraid of? Are you ashamed of being with me?”
“Stop talking craziness. I love you, Zuriel, and I’m not ashamed or afraid to be seen with you.”
“Then what is it? Why must we keep hiding our relationship?”
“I’m trying to protect you, Zuriel. Because when I tell Goliath, he’ll be coming after you.”
“You’re speaking nonsense,” Zuriel drawled.
Camara moved from his hiding spot. “She’s not.”
“Camara, what are you doing here?” Ellrain asked, stepping out of Zuriel’s arms.
“Checking on my ship.”
“So you heard everything?” Ellrain asked him.
“Yeah.”
“You can’t tell Goliath, not yet,” she told him.
“Oh no, Lady, I’m not keeping any more secrets for you.”
“What secrets are you keeping for my mother?”
Camara’s eyes widened, as did Ellrain’s and Zuriel’s when they heard Goliath’s voice.
“Camara turn around,” Goliath ordered.
He slowly turned with a smile on his face hoping to distract his mate. “My Admiral, what are you doing here?”
“I came to see if you wanted to have lunch with me.” Goliath was looking between Camara and the two people behind him.
“Lunch, that sounds like a great idea,” he said, taking his mate’s arm and trying to pull him out of the hanger.
“Not until you tell me what secrets you’re hiding for my mother.” Goliath pulled his arm away from Camara. “Or better yet, Mom, want to tell me why my mate is keeping secrets from me?”
“Goliath, we can talk about this later,” Ellrain said.
“This is fucking ridiculous,” Zuriel snapped beside Ellrain. He wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her close to him. “Goliath, I think it’s time you know.”
“No, Zuriel, don’t do this,” Ellrain advised.
This is not going to end well.
“No, Mother, let him speak,” Goliath told her. Camara could tell that he was glaring at the hand wrapped around Ellrain’s waist.
“Your mother and I...”
“Five years ago me and your father wrote a mating contract between you and Camara because his bearer and I thought you two would make the perfect pair,” Ellrain blurted out shocking Camara.
Goliath crossed his arms across his chest and looked at his mother.
“And Zuriel and I are seeing each other. I love him and if you hurt him, I’ll ground you for life.”
Goliath was quiet for a few minutes and Camara wasn’t sure what was going to happen next.
“Quit with the damn dramatics. I’m not going to fall for it,” Goliath said in an even tone. “That’s it, nothing else to get off your chest?”
“Yeah, I think that’s it,” She said after a few seconds. “Wow, that felt good to get off my chest. Come along, Zuriel, let’s leave these two young lovers to have their lunch.”
Zuriel and Ellrain went to walk away but stopped when Goliath grabbed the man by his collar.
“Where the fuck do you think you’re going?” Goliath growled and Camara could see fear written all over Zuriel’s face. “Camara and mom, you two may leave. Zuriel and I are going to have a nice chat.”
“You got it,” Camara said, taking Ellrain’s hand.
“Goliath…” Ellrain started.
“Mother, I’d advise you to not get involved right now. Don’t think I forgot about you either.”
Ellrain didn’t say anything as Camara pulled her out of the hanger bay.
“He’s going to kill him,” Ellrain whispered.
“No, he’s not,” Camara assured her. “He’s just angry you kept your relationship from him.”
“I hope you’re right. Goliath can be unreasonable sometimes.”
Don’t I know it.
Chapter Eighteen
Goliath glared at Zuriel as he took off his jacket. He wasn’t upset that the man was dating his mother.
What made him angry was that the man had made a fool of him. Goliath rolled up his sleeve as he continued to glare daggers into the man.
“Now Goliath, remember that I’m like an uncle to you. I was there when you were born, your father was my dear friend. It was not my intention to fall in love with Ell, it just happened.”
“Did you enjoy making a fool of me?” Goliath asked, ignoring the man’s words.
“I wasn’t trying to make a fool of you. I respect you too much.”
“Respect,” Goliath scoffed. “How many times did you have the chance to tell me about your relationship with my mother?”
“Why are you so angry with me? Ell is a grown woman; she is strong enough to speak up for herself.”
“And you are now her alpha lover and as such, you should have come to speak with me alpha to alpha about your wish to date my mother. Not hide behind her skirt!”
“You’re not angry that Ell and I are seeing each other?”
Goliath sighed, resting his hands on his hips. “Zuriel, my mother’s happiness means the world to me and if you are her choice as a lover, I will not fight it. However, sneaking around was disrespectful to me as her son and as your clan leader.”
Zuriel looked down at his hands, then back up at Goliath. “It was not our intention to deceive you, Admiral. We just weren’t sure how you’d react to your mother having someone new in her life and someone who was close to your father, a man you idolize.”
“I might idolize my sire, Zuriel, but it doesn’t excuse you from coming to me and telling me your intentions towards my mother.”
“You’re right. I should have asked for your blessing, so I will do it now. Clan leader Rauganon, I am hopelessly in love with Lady Ellrain Rauganon and would like your blessing to take her as my mate.”
“I’m giving you a chance to make her happy so, treat her well, Zuriel, or I will have your head,” Goliath snarled, enjoying the beads of sweat that broke on the man's face and the scent of fear that filled the air. He’d already decided to accept whoever Ellrain wanted as her mate; he simply wished she’d have told him who it was from the beginning without him having to play detective. Zuriel was a good man and Goliath knew he would love Ellrain unconditionally.
