“I know an upscale place that serves great cocktails,” said Longboard, “It’s a member establishment. I promise you’ll like it.”
“You’re offering me a membership?”
“No,” said Longboard, “I’m offering you a conversation, and free drinks.”
“And what do you get?”
“A chance to explain the situation I’m in to the one person who’s best situated to help me,” said Longboard, “You can just follow me in your car.”
“You just want me to listen.”
“That’s it,” said Longboard.
“And you’re buying?”
“Everything’s on me,” said Longboard, “I just want to explain where I’m at and what’s going on. Yes or no? Ride or Bail?”
