About the Author
Claire Merle grew up in London and moved to the outskirts of Paris in her twenties. Her first two books for young adults, The Glimpse and The Fall, were published by Faber & Faber in 2012 and 2013. Two years later, uncertain of whether her new fantasy book would find an audience, Claire began posting Shadow Weaver on Wattpad. Enthusiasm from the Wattpad community inspired Claire to finish the book. Shadow Weaver became a Wattled phenomenon, reaching #1 on the fantasy charts and now has over 2 million views.
