The next inmate was knocked to the floor of his cell, and one of the cops picked him up, and forced him to bite down on the toilet in his cell, and curbed stomped him.
The next inmate was thrown to the floor of his cell, and one of the cops ripped a metal pipe off of the bed in the cell, and brought the end of the pipe down through the inmate’s skull.
The possessed cops and swat members walked to the unit where the snitches, pedophiles, and other weak, or at risk inmates were housed, and they brutally murdered all of the inmates.
Lee-Roy woke up, and walked out of the hole, and down the hall. All of the cell doors flung open, and the remaining inmates ran out of the cells.
The possessed cops and swat members walked through the prison, and as they turned down another hallway they were attacked by a gang of inmates, and killed.
The shadow figures left the bodies of the cops and swat members, and jumped into the bodies of some of the inmates.
The possessed inmates attacked, and killed other inmates. Lee-Roy walked down the hall, and a large black inmate walked out of a cell behind him, and pulled out a shank, and slit Lee-Roy’s throat from ear to ear, and then stabbed him repeatedly in the back before Lee-Roy fell to the floor, and bled out.
The Rental Place
Thomas and the group including the soldiers walk down the freeway towards the next town.
The road ahead is blocked by a semi truck parked across the freeway just before the bridge. The group climb, and make their way over the semi truck, and onto the bridge.
Another group of people run behind the vehicles at the other end of the bridge, and start shooting at Thomas and his group. Thomas and the group take cover, and the solders return fire on the other group.
“I’ll give you idiots one chance to stop shooting at us before you die.” Thomas yelled.
The other group continue firing at the soldiers.
“Get rid of them.” Thomas said.
A swarm of mutated creatures run by Thomas and his group, and maul the other group.
Thomas and his group walk by the mutated creatures, and make their way off of the bridge. They continue on their way down the freeway.
A few members of the other group manage to escape by jumping off of the bridge into the river below. They swim to shore, and make their way back out of the river.
Thomas and his group continue walking down the freeway. The members of the other group who were mauled by the creatures get up and join the creatures as they try to track down the people who jumped off the bridge.
Thomas and his group get to a section of the freeway where an overpass that held up a train track, but the overpass is now debris scattered across the freeway along with the last train that tried to cross it.
There’s a section of the train that is on fire. Thomas and his group make their way around the debris and the overturned train being careful not to get too close to the section of the train that’s burning.
Finally after chasing the group for a couple of miles down the road from the bridge the creatures mauled them turning them into members of their pack.
Thomas and his group continued on their way down the freeway for several miles until they finally reached a stretch of the freeway that had been blocked off by stalled vehicles in overturned buses and tractor trailers, and a chunk of the bridge had been taken out, and collapsed into the river below.
Great, now how the fuck are we going to get across this? Thomas thought.
Thomas and the group walk up to the edge of the gap in the bridge looking around trying to figure out a way across but there is no way to get across to the other side of the bridge because the gap is too wide for them to be able to jump, and there is no way for them to climb across either.
Well looks like we're going to have to backtrack and find another way. Thomas said.
Thomas in the group turn around and walk back towards where they just came from looking for another road to take to get to where they're going. they decide to take a little two lane highway that heads to the south not far from where the bridge collapsed into the river.
they walk on the little two lane highway until the sun starts to set behind them. They come to a little abandoned store and they scavenge whatever food they can and split it up among the group.
Now fully dark and pitch-black along those little two lane highway Thomas leads the group away from the abandoned store hoping to find somewhere they can get some rest for the night.
There are no street lights along the little two lane highway so it's not easy to see where they're walking. Luckily there is no traffic otherwise they might be in trouble.
a couple hours go by before they finally find an abandoned hotel. The sign out by the road says that it was a resort of some sort.
Thomas leads the group into the hotel. they picked the suite that's the easiest to defend and escape if need be.
they barricade themselves into the sweet and they all go to sleep for the night. the next morning when they wake up they continue on their way down their little two lane Highway.
Days after the tourists passed through the rental place a young couple enters the store to rent a vehicle for their road trip across the United States. Thomas was already in the hospital at this time fighting for his life.
the young couple we're obviously not from this country they both had really thick Australian accents. The young woman looked like she could be a model and her boyfriend looked like a typical Surfer.
The overweight black girl behind the counter grabbed the set of keys and walked out the door. She fumbled with the keys as she walked around the parking lot trying to figure out which vehicle the keys were for because one of her coworkers or someone took the label off the keychain, making it hard to tell which vehicle the keys actually went to.
After trying the keys on every vehicle in the parking lot and failing to unlock any of them, she angrily walked back into the building yelling out for her co-worker in the back. A young white girl walked out of the back into the area behind the counter and the other girl asked if she knew which vehicle the keys went to and why the label had been taken off the keychain.
the white girl explained that the new guy had been cleaning all the vehicles the previous day so he must have taken the label off the keychain and most likely he would know which vehicle the keys went to.
The only problem with that is the new guy didn't show up to work or if he did no one has seen him. Something wasn't right about the new guy taking the labels off the key chains but what's worse is where exactly is the vehicle that the keys go to.
Both girls walked back outside and walked around the parking lot looking for the vehicle trying the keys again on each vehicle on the lot but failed to find the one that the keys went to. Finally both girls walk around the side of the building into the back lot where they find several vehicles set up like someone had been trying to strip them.
They try the keys on the vehicles that someone had been trying to strip and the keys fit the SUV that is sitting on blocks. They heard a strange noise coming from the small shed next to the fence, but before they could react the new hire came stumbling out of the shed attacking them.
The zombified new hire took a chunk of the white girl's throat out and the overweight black girl tried to run away but she tripped over a tire that had been left sitting on the ground and the zombie fell on top of her, biting her repeatedly.
The 3 Zombies stumbled through the door into the building but before they could attack the Australian couple the Australians ran out the front door. scared for their lives the Australians continued running down the block.
not sure what was going on the Australians didn't want to take any chances so they made their way back to where they were staying and grabbed all their belongings before heading out again they decided that they were safer by themselves so they left the city on foot.
They heard stories about how violent and dangerous the United States was but they had no idea that the United States had become a real life zombie movie. they regretted ever coming to the United States and just hoped that they would be able to make it home alive.
They spent weeks living off the land. finally deciding that they had to move on again they continued on, on foot not sure where they were even heading.
After walking all day the next day they finally find an abandoned cabin in the middle of the Woods and they decide to take shelter in the cabin. they hadn't even taken the time to rest they've been walking non-stop all day and they were both exhausted so as soon as they entered the cabin they fell asleep right away.
while they were sleeping a zombified hunter made its way into the cabin and before they could wake up or do anything it had already begun to eat them.
The three zombies from the rental place made their way down the street to the end of the block before they were struck by a garbage truck and sent flying halfway down the block.
Thomas leads the group down the two lane Highway until they finally reached a place where they could get back to the freeway.
they walk down the freeway For several hours without seeing anyone else.
Finally Thomas leads the group into town. they walk through the town. it's creepy how quiet the town is. There's absolutely no movement other than the group walking through town.
There's an apartment complex on the left side of the street that's engulfed in flames. If you listen close enough you can almost hear the screams of all the people who died in this town carried by the wind.
There's a zombie hanging from the field goal post on the football field. It's impossible to say whether it was already a zombie when they hung it up there, or if some asshole just decided to hang someone just to let them turn into a zombie.
There's a pile of burnt bodies lying on the ground in front of the apartment complex. There's a zombie of what used to be an elderly lady in her housecoat walking down the middle of the street, her hands permanently attached to her walker with a death grip.
The body of a man still sits in the driver seat of his car, at first you wouldn’t know how he died, but taking a closer look you realize immediately what happened. the man most likely became the victim of a zombie prostitute.
either that, or there's someone going around biting off people's dicks. The body of a priest, his hand nailed to the wall with knives, apparently really didn't like whatever he was saying, or doing so they decided to nail him to the wall.
A pack of vicious dogs chase a man down one of the side streets. The man is screaming for help pleading with the dogs to leave him alone but they continue chasing him snarling and barking ready to Maul him.
Thomas sees the man running from the vicious dogs and Thomas goes after them telling the group to stay behind. The vicious dogs corner the man in an alley but before they can attack Thomas steps between the dogs and the man.
Thomas yells for the dogs to stop, and the dogs look up at Thomas, and immediately heal to their new master. the man is visibly shocked. He looks at Thomas then back at the dogs and reaches out to shake Thomas's hand thanking him profusely for saving his life.
What's your name? Thomas asked.
Garrett. the man said.
my name is Thomas. I lead a group of survivors. We have all types of people with us, former police officers, soldiers who were left stranded by the government,we have all types of people with us and you're welcome to join the group. Thomas said.
I'd appreciate that very much. I've been stranded here alone since all this shit started. you're the first living person I've seen in I don't know how long. Garrett said.
well follow me I'll take you to meet the others. Thomas said.
Thomas leads Garrett back to the group and everyone introduces themselves to Garrett. The dogs also follow Thomas back to the group and sit loyally behind him.
Finally Thomas leads the group to the rental place. they walk around trying to figure out a way to prevent anyone from catching the virus. they know they need to destroy the building and probably all the vehicles as well because if anyone infected and touches the vehicles, anyone who comes in contact with them is going to catch the virus.
It's not safe to burn the building or the vehicles because the virus can spread if the Wind Blows the smoke or debris from the fire somewhere else. Thomas decides the only option is to dig a huge hole and knock the building over into the whole along with all of the vehicles on the lot.
Thomas along with the group used heavy equipment that a road crew left nearby to dig a massive hole and they knock the building over into the hole before pushing all of the vehicles down into the hole as well.
Leon & Kati
Leon and Kati were sitting in a rundown motel room.
The old Motel was in obvious need of repair. an entire section of the motel was close because management had refused to do the needed repairs until it was too late so the building was crumbling.
It was only a matter of time before a strong gust of wind, or a powerful storm came through and knocked the entire building to the ground.
The parking lot around the old Motel was littered with broken down vehicles. The property was overgrown with weeds; they look like they have a man cut in months.
Leon left the motel room leaving Kati behind as he walked through the motel parking lot Kati peered through the curtains watching his every move. another lady who lived in the motel she looked like she was in her sixties but she claimed that she was only 28. I guess that's what happens when you abuse drugs your whole life.
The tweaker lady walked toward Leon and began trying to talk to him. Kati watched through the window the anger grew visible on her face. She began huffing and puffing and clenching her Fists as she watched the crack whore talk to Leon in the parking lot.
Leon stood silent as he pretended to listen to the tweaker lady but he couldn't understand a damn thing she was saying because she was already messed up on drugs and it was only 10 in the morning.
Leon knew that Kati was probably watching through the window. he also knew that she had serious jealousy issues so he knew that whenever he got back to the room all hell would break loose even though he wasn't even doing anything he was just standing there and the crazy lady hopped up on drugs decided to come up and try to talk to him for no apparent reason.
After a few minutes Leon walked away from the druggie lady and walked around the corner of the motel past the office and down the street. Leon walked a few blocks away from the motel to the only store on that side of town.
the store had a going-out-of-business sign draped across the front. The employees of the store are most likely angry because they're about to lose their jobs and hadn't been keeping the store in order so everything was scattered around.
There were bottles of juice and soda spilled on the floor but because the store is closing soon permanently the employees completely ignore all the messes and don't even try to clean them up.
Someone opened boxes of cereal and dumped them all over the floor. Some of the shelving units were knocked over on the floor. It looked like someone took a knife to a couple of the pieces of furniture that were displayed in the back of the store.
Leon was unable to find what he was looking for at the store so he walked out and cut across the parking lot knowing full well that he was going to have to walk all the way across town to the other store.
The town used to support three large stores but the store that Leon just left will soon be the second to close permanently. The town is mostly druggies, there's no work, no options, a lot of people call it hell on Earth.
The only people who thrive in this town are those who are either selling drugs or they're involved in some other types of illegal activities. there are absolutely no opportunities to be had anywhere in the vicinity of the town.
The only people who go there either ended up there by complete accident or they are involved in all of the illegal activity going on in the area. The only reason that Leon and Kati are there was because they found out about the motels that rent by the month and they don't like to pay bills.
Leon also lived there a couple of times before when his ex-wife's parents ran one of the local motels for a gang.
Leon walked down the street to the other store. he was walking through the parking lot to the store when gunshots rang out from the bank cross street. Leon dove behind one of the park vehicles trying to take cover not knowing what was going on or who was shooting or why.
a group of five or six masked people in black hoodies ran out of the bank and jumped into a SUV. The SUV sped out of the bank parking lot and down the side street that ran beside it.
Before Leon had a chance to stand up and dust himself off a number of police cars had already surrounded the bank across the street. Leon stood up and began walking towards the entrance to the store but one of the police officers turned around and saw him and immediately began yelling at him.
The police officer ran across the street and got in Leon's face trying to accuse him of being with the people who robbed the bank. Leon was nervous but he knew we didn't do anything wrong so he told the police officer to check the bank surveillance cameras.
After the police checked the surveillance cameras they allowed Leon to go on his way. Leon entered the store and walked around looking for whatever it was that Kati had sent him to the store to get but by this time he had completely forgotten what it was.
Leon turned around and walked back out of the store knowing full well that Kati was already going to be mad when he got back to the motel because of the drug addict talking to him in the parking lot of the motel but she was going to be even more pissed when she found out that he forgot what the hell she told him to get from the store.
Leon walked slowly away from the store in the direction of the old Motel where he and Kati were living. He knew as soon as he got back to the room that all hell would break loose because he knew that Kati was watching through the window like she always does when he leaves the room.
