The trio was floating in a coconut shell dressed as pirates, shouting, “Shiver me timbers!” Unfortunately, they were dining on the coconut meat and in danger of sinking. Ozette, at Gizmo's pleading, took pity on them and brought them back to her forest. Please note that although Gizmo and the three mischievous chipmunks are not in Ozette's Destiny, I plan to introduce them in the second book.
